A tasty and easy-to-pack popcorn snack that works well in lunchboxes. It has a satisfying crunch and is simple to make.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup popcorn kernels. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping. Once popping slows down, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute. Season with salt to taste and transfer to a lunchbox for snacking.
