Music is a huge part of life at eat chic. When spending 8 hours in the kitchen making and packaging chocolates, then cleaning up afterwards, it is important essential to have a solid playlist to keep energy levels up (and reduce the need to dirty the MacBook keyboard scrolling for new music with chocolate-stained fingers).

This first playlist is influenced by the bands I saw at this year’s Coachella, creating a sun-drenched soundtrack perfect for that summer sun just starting to make its first appearance in London.

Snap of the chocolates we provided for the launch of the “pocket park” at the Greenwood Theatre (more information about the project here). The brief called for matching the building’s new pink, orange, and blue color scheme designed by Zandra Rhodes and Joe Swift. We infused our white chocolate peanut butter cups with Arctic Power Berries’ naturally vibrant sea buckthorn and wild blueberry powders and tied it all up with the requested pink rock candy stick for a tasty interpretation of the theme.
