Fasting. #intermittentfasting actually. You hear about the #ketodiet and hear about this. Hand in hand. So I was intrigued. Read so much stuff about it and in the end? I just listen to my body. See the most important thing to remember? Don’t eat when your not hungry. As someone who has struggled w an #eatingaddiction this was hard. But I’m learning to finally listen to my body. So what do I hafta say? Just listen to your body. If you’re hungry, eat. Don’t worry about meeting goals and all that Jazz. Be healthy. And yes, fasting is healthy.
