friday 31/01
I started a journal today to keep me motivated because i’ve been slipping a lot. Its hard to stop habits ive had for the last 8 years. oh yeah, btw green tea sucks,fuck green tea
Eating journal (1)
Makan malam jam 4 sore dengan 2 kentang, 1 butir telur dan 1 somay ayam. Dimasak dengan kukus dan rebus. Hambar kan? Iya. Di sudut piring ada mayonaise dan saus sambel yang ditaburi oregano supaya terasa ala ala makanan itali. Makan malam ini ada seri 2 nanti, 1buah naga potong 8 biji kasih mayo dan keju dimakan jam 7. Kembali pasang setting badan dengan input kalori yang pelan2 dikurangi. Berusaha menggantikan nasi sebisa mungkin. Ganti dengan dengan protein dan serat. Mumpung masih bisa diusahakan untuk kembali kurus seperti dulu lagi. Haphap! Demi #114
Meals Day 1
Breakfast:
Mini springrolls (3) - Pastel (1 -an Indonesian Dish) - Bread with cheese, butter and chocolate spread - cappuccino - water
Lunch:
Strawberry ice cream and cone - Noodles with meatballs, egg and veggies - water
Dinner:
5 slices of thin crust cheese and chicken pizza - hot tea - apple juice.
Snacking on - homemade fried thin potato crisp.
Conclusion: too many carbs, not enough veggies, need more fruit too. Still feel stuffed after eating.
