Breakfast:
Pancakes and strawberry compote.
Snack:
1 slice of baked bread with nutella.
Lunch:
Pancakes and strawberry compote, nasi uduk, chicken, mini potatoes, balado terong.
Snack:
1 buiscuit, 1 risol.
Dinner:
2 small fish, lettuce + tomatoes, kerupuk, small amount of cap cay.
Workout:
18 minutes aerobics.
