It was a day of bits and pieces canning! 3 quarts of tomatoes 1 pint of Mexican flavored tomatoes 12-1/2 pints of pizza sauce 11 pints of green beans The tomatoes are finally coming into their own. Still so much to do but the pizza sauce today made a dent. I will take pictures of our pantry soon. They look so pretty when they are filled!
