HOW TO START LIKING RAW VEGETABLES If you are someone who thinks raw veggies are flavourless here is a great tip to make them more flavorful. Honestly, the key is a really flavourful salad dressing or a really nice dip if you have them.as vegetable sticks. A super basic dressing is olive oil (always use extra virgin), lemon juice, salt/pepper and my secret ingredient, NUTRITIONAL YEAST. It binds it all nicely together for a smoother, rounder flavour and it's full of b- vitamins. With this you can get more creative and add for example minced garlic fresh chopped herbs vegan yoghurt or sour cream For an Asian spin use a very mild olive oil and lime instead of lemon. You can even grate some of the rind in for an extra pop of flavour. I wouldn't put nutritional yeast in this dressing. Instead, add a bit of sugar or brown rice syrup to take the edge off. A few drops of organic sesame oil take this dressing another level.
