I made a new recipe for my dinner tonight, grim the second Gilmore Girls cookbook. It's called/named breaded French country chicken, and it was better than I thought it would be. I used the Herbs we Provence ~ which I know my mom would haven't had me use~ but it really worked for me. I cooked rice to go along with it, and added some Italian spices to it from a spice grinder that I have. This is the first new Gilmore Girls recipe that I have made since my mom passed on #mothersday. I bought the new Gilmore Girls cookbook when she was still in the hospital, hoping and thinking that she would come home and be able to eat new recipes that I would try. A few years ago, I remember the pain I had when stuff wasn't fair that was happening with special olympics, during the summer games, and the one thing that I could think of eating was Chinese food for dinner that night.
