A fantastic night at the Cloak And Dagger.  Someone got shot, someone else got bloodied.  Drugs were done, goods were traded, and one bartender got VERY drunk. Can’t wait to see you all next time~!

The door is simple, like any other in the hall.  The number 7, cast in brass, hanging against the wood.  At first glance, this could be any door.  But on closer inspection, you may notice a rose and two swords burned into the wood, just beneath the brass.

If you knock on this door, it will open but a crack.  And an eye will peer through, and a voice will ask:

"What makes the number 7 so lucky?"

And you will answer, for you know the answer.   And the door will open.  And you will be waved into The Lucky No. 7 Speakeasy and Lounge.  

The scent will find you first, rich with the smell of amber and smoke, and the sharp bite of whiskey.  Through the haze that fills the small bar you find each area illuminated by a single lamp, creating a quiet intimacy for those seated there.  

The staff in bare bones, and on most nights there is only the bartender, Luquelot, to overhear the whispered secrets and hushed deals that happen within the Lucky No. 7.  But worry not, he doesn't have the tongue to speak them to another, let alone the courage.

So come this way to the 11th Ward of the Goblet, nestled inside the Cafe sitting on the 39th plot, and knock on the 7th door.  And mayhap, you too will find yourself lucky.

Lucky No. 7 - Speakeasy and Lounge  A quiet place to do business Balmung Goblet Ward 11 Plot 39 Room 7 Soft Opening: November 3, 9:00 EST Grand Opening: November 30 9:00 EST The establishment will be open and in use after the soft opening and may be used for RP by members of Ebonguard or otherwise. Rules: Oh please don't make a mess of the place.  Don't break our things, don't break our guests.  And please in the name of the twelve don't take our stuff.  Keep interpersonal physical relations out of our doors, the Quicksand has inn rooms available for that if you need. And check your weapons at the door.

More Pictures here Rules: This is a pretty shady place, you can get away with a lot.  However, the breaking of any of the above rules will result in IC consequences (which may include a ban from the establishment).  But generally, it goes, doesn't steal our stuff, don't break the furniture, doesn't attack people.  I honestly don't care if you break these rules IC but be prepared for the consequences.  I do, however, care if you break the last rule.  Go find somewhere else to ERP, this isn't that kind of place.  Feel free to meet someone here, just go find an inn before the clothes start coming off would ya? You never know who could walk in. Weapons are not allowed within the Black Cat Cafe' (which houses L#7) so please respectful or the owner may cut you.

"What makes the number 7 so lucky?" Yes there is a passphrase to get in, is there going to be someone there to ask you for it and let you in?  No.    RP coming into the information however you wish, but all members of Elongated will have been given it by Swan.    The answer is, "Everyone knows seven eight nine."

What is the Rose/sword thing about? That is the insignia of Ebongaurd, an IC network of ne'er-do-wells.  Having it on the door signifies that this establishment is part of that network and all within it are welcome.  For more information on Ebonguard, or to apply go here: @ebonguardls

When The Lucky No. 7 open? Always.  There may be events and gatherings hosted inside but you are always welcome to use this location for your shady deals.  There will always be someone to open the door.

Does the bartender really not have a tongue? Really,  he is an NPC he can't talk.  But he will fetch you any booze and cigars that you want.  Feel free to interact with him as you wish.
