Carlos E. Jean-Gilles and the Ever-changing Profile Excuse (and other tales of woe)

Just when I thought maybe he’d finally managed to deal with his addiction over me, he has to jump right into his crap again. He made it a whole extra 2 days though, so there might be hope. Eventually.

Apparently, he tried (and failed miserably) to bait me into posting about him...this was posted a few hours later, after his “Squirrel Songs” idiocy I wrote about in my previous post...

So...unhappy over the FailBait, he went right for my throat yet again immediately after returning from yet another vacation this year (all paid for on an unemployed “author’s” salary?? Or is he already dipping into the Emporium Delirium funds, AKA his wife’s retirement account??)

After launching one of his “signature” long, boring and ultimately pointless “Epic Posts”...this time about how he’s basically invented this “new” and “easy” way to use, file and archive Group posts, by way of complicated and dull “Dewey Decimal Filing System” for posts, and then talking to himself for several comments on his own post...he lets the penny drop.

Now, at first, I wasn't aware that he was talking about me as being his mysterious user who’s using a pseudonym until the last paragraph. Well, as the alleged “smart Aleck”, Carlos...the joke’s on you. I’m NOT a member of your stupid Inaccurate Fake Answers For Money Group. In fact, neither is the person who is the source of my screen shots. If I post something here that you've “hidden”, that means your idiotic File Hiding Voodoo is crap.

Oh, but it gets better! He then launches into his FOURTH unique explanation as to why his old Page is now his current Profile. He did it simply because it was easier to delete his Help Forum answers? And he’s JUST NOW thinking of this, nearly 2 and a half years after the fact?? So, what happened to his previous 3 explanations? First off, the man lives and breathes for his “Best Answers” count, and uses every opportunity that he can to brag about it. And secondly? All of his precious answers disappeared months before he did the Big Switcharoo. And, if all of this was also to “give” me his Friend’s List, then he did it all for nothing. 

But wait! He wasn't happy with slamming me with that little tidbit...

So, for most of that long post, he mentions a group of people (meaning more than one), who violated his image copyright. Yes, there was a particular individual who it turned out was actually confronting him simply for the sake of stirring up trouble, and who delighted in creating satirical cartoons about Carlos -but that was nearly 3 years ago! Recently, Carlos has accused a man who vaguely resembles Carlos (provided you squint and put your hands in front of your face) of photoshopping Carlos’ images and then using them in his own (rather large) selfie album...apparently all to mock Poor Widdle Carlos...which I previously blogged about here. Incidentally, it’s also in the same post he made about “selling” his Copyright to some guy in the UK. 

But, then he again clears up the “they” confusion, and switches to referring to “them” as being solely me. For the record. Again...

He has not, at any time, ever gotten Facebook to remove anything I’ve ever posted, nor has he ever gotten any of my content here removed. I however was successful in getting Facebook to remove several of my images that he had illegally posted in his fake “business” page album, and then further illegally refused to remove after being informed of the law when told to do so by myself and a friend. So, I filed DMCA complaints...he lied and tried to claim I’d somehow put not only my own picture, but the images of several of my FB friends as well, into “the public domain” (one of them being a picture of an infant not related to me in any way). I also got one of his posts and yet another illegal image he posted on his (new) Profile removed for harassment against me.

I can’t wait for his subpoena against Facebook. Even if he does manage to get what he wants (which Facebook has already assured me he won’t unless he can prove a Felony Criminal case against me...and even then, only Law Enforcement is getting my info, which by Federal Law cannot be shared with him), the Facebook Servers only save data for 6 months. Other than the old confrontations on the FB Help Forum that ended when FB banned him the first time a couple of years ago now, and one single post on my FB wall that mentions him at all (which Facebook has seen fit to leave right where it is, if he’s reported it), even if Facebook saved literally everything anyone ever posts in perpetuity, he’d never get anything that has ever violated his copyright.

Furthermore, a person doesn't even need to go through the entire “Copyright Notice” dance anyhow. An image is automatically granted Copyright to firstly, the photographer/ creator, and then secondly the subject(s) of the photo/ artwork if done in writing via purchase (receipt) or written agreement to share or even transfer Copyright. 

I wonder what exciting Revisionist History Carlos will come up with next time?

Little Boy Carlos E. Jean-Gilles throws another temper tantrum

Carlos loves to work himself into a righteous froth for someone who claims to not read my “flummadiddle”...and fails to grasp just how stupid he looks by insisting on repeating such an outdated and stupid-sounding word over and over and over again like he just learned the word and wants to show the adults that he can use Big Words too! Oh, and it’s spelled “flumadiddle”, with one “m”.  

He clings so desperately to his One BiG Accomplishment, but the sad truth is, he got kicked off the Help Forum and BANNED, only regaining access once he flipped his then-Page to his now-Profile to circumvent the ban. He’s also been warned regarding some of his more recent Help Forum posts, so he stopped answering questions there because he’s pouting over getting his eHand slapped a few too many times. It’s really pathetic watching a 56 year old man who’s only real “accomplishment” in life is a useless title that he constantly has to remind people over and over and over and over again that he “earned”. Currently, that’s literally all he’s done with his life, other than make grandiose claims that mysteriously never materialize. 

And then he demonstrates exactly why his answers suck: he skims a question, picks out a keyword, and then refuses to read the rest of a persons post, ignoring their true problem as he buffaloes his own mostly useless novella-length garbage and then insists that the person give him a “Best Answer” for it. Answering questions on the Facebook Help Forum requires patience, understanding and the willingness to actually read and comprehend a persons issues before dashing off and doing some idiotic “keyword” search and engage in a conversation with them if need be. 

And he wants to charge people for his pathetic and often confusing slop. Is it just me, or did you hear Carlos’s demand for money for his answers in the voice of that weird guy in those water filter commercials, “No PUR Filter, NO STARS!!!”?

And just to make it crystal clear he actually does read my “flummadiddle” (”flumadiddle” for those of you who like your words spelled correctly), he addresses me by his pet name for me, and then goes on to make some idiotic connection between me and a squirrel. Hey, Carlos...how about getting off your cheapskate butt and actually having that window fixed? You made it pretty obvious that the squirrel is getting in through a broken window, but rather than hiring a handyman to repair it, you insisted on exposing your family to plague, lice and fleas among other things that squirrels can carry, and instead finally opted for a “hill billy solution”. If you need a 2x4 to fix a “gap” in a window, the squirrel is the least of your problems.

Of course I “get it” that he’s trying to insult me by insinuating that I have a small brain. And of course he trots out his other “favorite concept”: Pavlov and his dogs. The fact that he’s (over) using this as his go-to example since he returned from his little 9 month long “vacation” suggests he learned it only recently. Just like his false assumption that I don’t play chess (I was a member of the Chess Team in high school), he also assumes that I’m unfamiliar with Dr. Ivan Pavlov. Considering that the dog my family had when I was growing up was named after Dr. Pavlov, I also know that Dr. Pavlov actually never used the iconic bell in his research, but rather employed stimuli that he could control the quality and duration of, such as a metronome, a harmonium, a buzzer, and electric shock. Furthermore, most of Dr. Pavlov’s research involved conducting various surgeries on his dog subjects -most that would be outlawed today. Too bad Carlos doesn't read this, or he’d learn something.

I’m not after “followers” here. I neither refer nor recruit people to “follow” me. Occasionally someone will find and “follow” me, but I neither desire nor expect anyone to do so. And then he yet again claims my short story hasn't sold a copy, because it’s not listed on Amazon. Of course it’s not listed on Amazon...I published through Smashwords (as I previously explained in detail here), who only briefly had an agreement with Amazon until Amazon chose to require anyone who lists with them do so exclusively, through their KDP Select eReader program...which requires their authors enter a 90 day “Contract” and it’s not free. For the record, I’ve actually made money off my short story. Granted, not a whole lot, that’s honestly not the point. A true author writes for the sake of the story, not for the money they expect to gain from it. And...if he’s such an accomplished author himself, where’s his book on Amazon??

Carlos the Clueless strikes again

His paranoia is getting the best of him...

First, he can’t help but make a jab at me...and this Frederico guy probably couldn’t care less about Carlos’ so-called “Hacker Woes”. But hey, Carlos was nice enough to link people to this blog, where they can read my side of things and make up their own minds. Also, Carlos again demonstrates his complete lack of understanding as to how name trademarking goes. Maybe he needs to give Sarah and Bristol Palin a call and ask them how their Name Trademarking gambit panned out....

Apparently Carlos’ paranoia now has him seeing his own likeness in other Facebook users profile pictures. According to Carlos, this gentleman named Brad Adams is using an image photoshopped and digitally manipulated from Carlos’ own image. It’s pretty obvious that the man’s photos are not in any way, shape or form even remotely related to Carlos, nor are they in any way ‘shopped or manipulated. But hey...check out Brad’s photo album for yourself...don’t just take my word for it.

And then Carlos shows the world just how little he understands Copyright law, on top of his clear failure in Trademark law: he not only gives up the rights to his profile image, but he pays someone else to take it! This was a totally unnecessary step, as the Berne Convention gives the photographer copyrights to any photograph they take, unless they specifically (and in writing) give up those rights. So, if Carlos took his own profile picture then he has no need to sell off his copyright. Not only that, paying someone else to take his copyright isn’t how things are done. But, whatever. Carlos wants to do things the hard way, like usual. But, he’s now misleading others into thinking they must pay someone across The Pond to take possession of the copyrights to their pictures in order to be protected, and he’s essentially brokering a copyright racket in the process. I truly pity the poor person who gives up their image rights and then later runs into trouble if this Frederico guy decides to tighten his fist and demand they remove their own photos because they were dumb enough to give up their rights to them...and paid for the privilege on top of it all. (I’m not saying Frederico here is going to screw people over like that, but the potential certainly is there).

Even being FB-sanctioned hasn’t slowed Carlos down.

So, last Thursday (3.19.15), Carlos ran afoul of the real Facebook Help Team (again! It’s what got his original Profile permanently banned from the Help Forum), and his account was temporarily deactivated for 24 hours, and then given an additional 72 hour “time out” from being able to post.

Well, today, he started right back up where he left off, immediately mouthing off about me yet again in this thread.

First off, I have absolutely no idea who created the account that impersonated Carlos. I have my suspicions, but I haven’t been in any sort of contact with that person for 2 years now. Carlos accuses me of being that person, yet afriggin’gain, even though he knows it’s not me. Funny thing...Carlos actually linked a post in this blog on his Accurate Answers Group today, and if he’d bothered to actually read that post, created 2 years ago, he’d know that I have nothing more to do with that other person. In fact, it’s far more likely that Carlos himself created the “fake” account to “prove” that he’s being mocked. The phrase “...using my profile picture as a base and then using Photoshop to create a fake composite of a person...” is a whole lot of info about an image he supposedly didn’t create himself. Carlos has also insinuated in the past, that for someone to truly be famous, they also need enemies, so it’s a fair bet that he’s created that “mock” account for this purpose. 

About this tumblr blog: I’ve repeatedly made it clear that I only answer his asinine accusations. I’m not “attacking” him anywhere. I’m literally just defending myself. I don’t engage him on FB because it serves no purpose...he’s fully capable of keeping the hostilities going all on his own. Also, the coward has me blocked, and therefore I can’t defend myself there. (I have friends who are more than willing to provide me with the screenshots I post here). Yet, he continually attacks me from behind his block...just like he did on Quora, Huffington Post, and Zurker before that. That’s his M.O.: piss someone off, block them, then go on a full venom-filled rant about that person, over and over and over and over again, knowing they can’t fight back. He also assumes that the entire world loves him, so if someone stands up to him, it must be a “fake” account of the “only” person who doesn’t like him: me. He literally can’t grasp the fact that very few people actually like him, and that his FB help forum “answers” are often wrong. 

Again, as to the mock account. This is the first I’m hearing about it. It’s getting really old when I have to find out things that “I” supposedly did from the Facebook Help Forum. 

Moving on...

Now Carlos proves just how little he really knows about Copyright Law. See, he doesn’t have to sell his picture to anyone. ALL he needs to say in his complaint is that he is the photographer of said photo, and Facebook has no choice but to remove it...under normal circumstances; however, because the person who created the mock account changed the image just enough, it no longer falls under ANY copyright law, either in the US, or abroad. Also, “satire” is a protected classification.  Selling your picture to anyone is not only unnecessary, it’s actually dangerous. From that point on, you set yourself up for potentially permanently losing the rights to your own images should you and the person who buys them from you have a falling out. All you have to do is tell Facebook that you’re the photographer, and that’s that. In fact, that’s how I got Facebook to remove all the screenshots Carlos posted of my own FB account. He tried to falsely claim that my images were “in the public domain”, and I filed a counter-appeal to his full-of-lies appeal to my copyright infringement claim. I had to file 2 separate claims against him, and both times, as soon as I said the magic phrase, “I am the photographer of said photographs, and have not assigned rights to Carlos E. Jean-Gilles for any of them”, that was the end of the matter as far as Facebook was concerned. 

Also, he’s full of bat guano regarding the whole “Facebook can’t remove a profile image, blah blah...”. They absolutely can too remove images that infringe on another person’s copyright, and do so every day. His eLaw School has failed him yet again. 

And, yet again, I’m supposedly someone else...

Carlos gives a link to another HF thread. About 3 weeks ago, someone named Amy Allen asked this question in the Help Forum, regarding a group that is decidedly anti-pain relief. Carlos actually gave a short-n-sweet answer for once, explaining that the Group in question had a First Amendment right to express their own views. That should have been the end of it, but it wasn’t. Things got a tad heated, and words got exchanged. 

Fast forward to today...and now I’m apparently Amy Allen, and I created the “Amy Allen” account solely to vex poor Carlos. Never mind the fact that her account was created in 2007, and I created my account in July of 2009. Incidentally, both of which were created well before my initial March 2012 encounter with Carlos the Blowhard. But Carlos has never let logic or proper time progression stop him from spouting his tin-foil hat conspiracy theory that I am All Of The Enemies!!

Oh, and...it’s “flame war”, not “flaming war”, Mr. Internet Expert.

Carlos understands neither Peace nor Love

I was going to just let this tidbit slide, but it's a pretty good example of the kind of man Carlos truly is, and what I've had to put up with for nearly 3 years.

About an hour after he posted his diatribe against me yesterday...the one where he claims that only I would assume it's about me, but it's very obviously about me because he makes it crystal clear by naming me numerous times as his "Favorite Critic"...he has the nerve to post this:

If the abhorrent way he's been treating me and others over the years is his way of showing his "god's" Peace or Love, it's pretty evident that Carlos' god in fact wields a pitchfork.

Just more proof that Carlos can't let go.

My last post here was over a week ago, back on Feb 26th. In that time, Carlos yet again tried to "bait" me back into his sick little head-games...once in the FB help forum, and once on his Profile...but I let them both go. This morning, it became crystal clear that he has absolutely no intention of letting things drop. 

So, again, I am forced to address his outrageous and false claims, one by one, or risk allowing him to pull an obscure legal maneuver on me (should he actually ever get around to suing, that is). So, here we go yet again:

Of course he "never reads" what I post. If he did, he'd be confronted with the truth, and that doesn't sit well on Planet Carlos (aside: he truly believes he's in telepathic communications with extra-terrestrials...but that little tidbit will have to wait til the end of this). The only reason I keep track of Carlos' posts is because if I don't, and I let his crap go uncontested as "truth", there's a little-known law buried in the Slander and Libel statutes that says he can actually claim I'm agreeing with his garbage if I knowingly let his statements stand unrefuted. So, on with the point-by-point, shall we?

1) Nope...never been sanctioned, ever. Not a single damned time. Carlos keeps claiming this, but he has absolutely no proof. I have also never, ever used a fake account. 

2) and 3) I am absolutely not responsible for whatever someone else might post. What Carlos means by "supported" is that I didn't publicly call out these other posts. Carlos has absolutely no idea what might have been said to these individuals in private conversation.

4) By the time I encountered Carlos, the "Digi Day" account had already been deleted, so no...there is absolutely no way that I could have "cheered" that person.

5) Since when does simply "following" someone equate to "cheering them on"? 

6) Again, nope. I have never had a single image removed, on any account on any site. This is just another clear example of Carlos confusing me with other people. In fact, I have never once received any sort of "warning" from any site, period. I, on the other hand, have gotten several of my images that he posted on his FOSBO1 page deleted. Proof (something Carlos doesn't have against me):

7) I haven't stopped posting on FB my "vitriols" (Hah! Carlos can't even use the word correctly). My account is not "on the brinks" (again, Carlos can't seem to English). Facebook has taken down exactly NOTHING of mine, ever...so how can they "repeatedly" do something they've never done? 

8) *Sigh* Carlos is like a dog with this particular bone. I've already explained this stupidity numerous times, but here we go again: I was RESPONDING to Carlos' own whiny "why am I being vilified on this Help Forum???" question...a post he so conveniently deleted before taking screenshots and now takes full advantage of. But, here's the thing: to anyone who reads my "vilified" statement, it is very clearly an obvious response to something posted earlier in the conversation.

9) Back to the accusation that I have numerous "fake" FB accounts. And, the thing is...I'm still helping people in the help forum...with my one and only account.

10) I've already established that I not only stopped posting about him, anywhere, while he was gone...but that I stopped posting about him before he even left...and only continued recording his crap again when he started in on me again.

11) First off, I've never posted "hundreds" of posts about being "afflicted" (as if it's some fate worse than death) with Aspergers. It was maybe a dozen or so, and I've never deleted or hidden a single one of them. The only thing his allegation proves is that he has no real clue how search engine archives work. He's not getting results anymore, because my posts are too old to be "relevant" in his search parameters now. 

12) Do I need to post the actual screenshot of what Carlos really said, again?? It was pretty...hateful and ignorant. No, I keep insisting that Carlos is a bully because...he is one, and his own actions clearly prove it. You know what? Let's have the man speak for himself, through his own words, again:

13) First off, I don't have a post with that title, so Carlos came up with that phrase by....*gasp*....actually reading at least some of what I've written. Secondly, I am not, nor have I ever been, Daniel Lancaster. Again with this crap...I am not responsible for whatever someone else posts.

13) continued... Here's where things get funny. He can't mention my name anymore. He knows better. But he makes it absolutely crystal clear that he's referring to me. He's not being subtle or elusive. I don't have to "assume" anything. Why? Because he's actually used the title "My Favorite Critic, a/k/a StormyKelly" so there's not one shred of guesswork necessary to figure out he absolutely does mean me. And then...he again accuses me of being the bully (a rather common gambit of true bullies) and projects his own very evident self-hatred onto me. I don't hate myself. In fact, I'm very content and happy with my life. 

And the icky "cherry" on top of it all? A song written about a former lover of Carly Simon's. Ewwwww. Though, his choice of song further illustrates my point that Carlos never actually pays attention to content...he simply locks in on a phrase and runs with it...or he'd know that this song is about an ex-lover. Unless that's how he really sees me? DOUBLE ICK!!

And now, a little treat, for slogging through all of that. Remember how I previously mentioned his self-claimed ability to talk to aliens...telepathically? Well...let's let the man explain, shall we? That first paragraph is a doozy...

I'll just let that sink in...

Small disclaimer here: Believing in aliens/ extra-terrestrials does not make one "crazy", nor does believing in extra-sensory abilities. Great science fiction has been written based on these premises, and even the great C.S. Lewis broached the subject of other worlds in his "Peralandra" trilogy. What tips this into true "Twilight Zone" material is Carlos' overall fervor and his clear need to be accepted by Richard Bach. It should be noted that Carlos was replying to a blog post of Mr. Bach's, in which Richard recounts a series of emails he received from another like-minded fan, and his (at first) less than enthusiastic feelings in regard to the entire conversation. Since Carlos' reply doesn't appear on Richards blog, it can only be assumed that Carlos is also emailing Mr. Bach.

An Epilogue Postscript...

Or..."The Post That Just Won't Die". 

So, apparently Carlos didn't like the fact that his tirade against me was slipping too far down his Profile wall without being able to entice me back into the fray, so he had to toss in a comment that ceased being relevant nearly a week prior...after he booted Friend Nancy for complaining about his sniveling. 

 So, he resurrects this post, in what can only be a desperate and pathetic attempt to lure me back into his sick little fantasy conflict. Now, remember...the original exchange between Nancy and Carlos occurred back on the 18th...6 days before this latest post. The only reason why Carlos would need to comment nearly a week later, on a post clearly intended for me to see, would be because he failed to "get a rise" out of me the first time, and is using this as a ruse to tempt me with it again. He also pretty much insults his "friends" and "followers" in the process.

But, along the way, I see Carlos has also gained a "mini-me"...Sun Fu Chong has been busy "Liking" everything Carlos posts, and has even gone so far as to call Carlos his "Sifu" (ewww...ick?). So, I'll cut this guy a bit of slack...he's from Malaysia and is currently living in Singapore, so there might be some cultural shift going on here...but why in the world would it even matter if I'm male of female?

And Carlos still has my name and nick name wrong. Something the self-proclaimed "Facebook Expert" would surely have gotten right it he was even a quarter of the "expert" he claims to be. For the record. just so no one reading this can say I'm hiding anything, my name as it appears on my Facebook Profile is: Ky Conn (Kelly-Stormy). "Ky" is the name I've gone by for years, and just as "Pam" is short for "Pamela", "Ky" is short for "Kelly"...something I make very clear by actually adding "Kelly" in the parenthesis. Most people online though know me as StormWolf, or Stormy. So, again. while he treats my name as some Big Conspiracy Theory, if he stopped and actually thought for a minute, it'd be clear. 

Anyhow...hopefully this will fade into the distance and Carlos can actually move on in life. If he focused even a fraction of the time he spends obsessing over me on actually writing his mythical book, he'd have gotten a publishable manuscript completed by now.

Carlos boots Friend Nancy - epilogue.

So, it took some sleuthing, but the answer was finally dug up for me. Apparently, what happened is that Former Friend Nancy got tired of seeing Carlos whine and snivel about me, and said so in a comment posted in his update of Feb 14th, where he attacks my short story (see my own Feb 14th post update, at the bottom of the entry). Nancy is clearly annoyed with Carlos' grand-standing...she even snarkily calls him "the grand poo ba of all things FB", and then basically tells him to block me and forget me. Good advice, honestly. The problem is, that while he's blocked me, he very clearly has not forgotten me, and abuses said block by continuing to fire potshots at me from behind said block.

So, just to prove that this exchange did in fact happen on Carlos' Profile wall, this screenshot was also sent to me:

Now, the first question I have is...why did he sit on accusing me of "hacking" both his Group and Nancy's account for so long, when it's clear from the time stamps of his replies to her that this happened on the 18th...over 2 days before he bothered to mention it? This is Carlos we're talking about here, so...who the heck knows.

Anyhow...now to address his paranoid claims.

-Nancy actually has a pretty good point. His continuous attacks against me have got to be annoying as  all get-out to those on his Friend List who have not guzzled at the Carlos Kool Aid Fountain.  He spent 8 months away from social media because he was forced to do so, and it's painfully clear from the posts he began making when he returned that in his mind, little or no time had passed between his last attacks against me in February 2014 on Quora, and his re-ignition of said conflict last month. I've already proven conclusively that he stopped being "in my radar" the minute he stopped posting about me last February, and only began defending myself again when he resumed the aggression.

-He insults Nancy, because she dared to question his motives. He claims to have blocked me, but he still continues to harass me from behind the blind of his blocks, forcing me to rely on information gathered by others who are looking out for me. Granted, he did actually succeed in getting the numerous fake accounts of a user going by the name "Hal Ninek" (yeah, HAL9000, from the movie "2001: A Space Odyssey") deleted. Yes, that person actually did deserve to be banned...but no, the person behind the "Hal Ninek" accounts was not me. I have no idea who that person is, other than he presumably lives in Northern California, and is allegedly Carlos' age.

By Carlos' own admission, he's used several of his own "fake accounts" ("Joan Mullen-Jones", one in the name of his long-deceased sister Elena, and "David Schulte", to name a few). He has yet to get my account banned or deleted. He just continues to falsely claim that any account he feels threatened by is somehow mine, and if he does manage to get them deleted, he crows about how he got another one of "my" accounts deleted. Repeating the lie doesn't make it true, though.

I've also clearly established how he's the one who's followed me, based on our actual "registration" dates on various sites. Nice try though, Carlos. And I honestly couldn't care less about his mental state. I rather enjoyed the peace I got while he was actually having his mental state attended to professionally. It's painfully clear from his own posts that he's unraveling fast, and needs to return to whatever treatment he was receiving.

-He's helped "thousands" of people...yeah, right. The truth is actually the reverse: he's managed to harass and bully thousands of people across the internet. Huffington Post saw fit to ban him, not once...not twice, but...by his own admission...3 times. Quora banned him, even though he steadfastly continues to claim he left voluntarily. Zurker banned him. And, even his own precious Facebook banned his first Profile from being able to post in his beloved Help Forum, forcing Carlos to do the "Profile-to-Page-then-old-Page-to-new-Profile" dance to circumvent the ban.

And then he trots out his other favorite claim: that somehow he has a "direct line" to Mark Z and the Facebook Team, and they bow to his desires at his whim. Sure, Carlos might have been responsible for the more recent Help Forum changes, but not in the way he thinks. Something tells me that they changed things due to his boorish HF behavior, and not because he requested it. So, thank you Carlos, I guess.

-Poor Nancy is now labeled "crazy" because she dared to put her foot down and speak out against his vendetta crap. Sadly, if she'd been paying more attention to his tirades, she'd have known that this is how he treats virtually anyone who refuses to worship him as "the Grand Poo Ba of all Things FB" (Sorry Nancy if you ever read this...I'm just too amused at your title for Carlos)...he viciously turns on them.

So, there ya have it...Citizens of CarlosLand must tread lightly or risk offending their Glorious Leader.
