//I couldn’t get this stupid idea out of my head; I need them to interact more and thanks to our MANY hcs of them we created (and goshooha) this happened, hope you like it @ebumimasaru
A soft sigh passed through soft lips, an attempt to ease his mind as it was getting late. Everyone else on the team were already sleeping inside the Inn, but Goshozome was laying on the floor of the balcony just outside the room he was sharing with Wada, Horikawa and Adachigahara. Goshozome knew he had to go to sleep soon, they had practice in the morning before a game in the afternoon. But as tired as he was, no matter how much he tried to close his eyes…he just couldn’t fall back to sleep.
He placed his hands under his head, cushioning it from the hard wood floor. Brown eyes staring at the clear night skies, the moonlight falling over him, the cool breeze caressing his skin as it was a humid night, but it wasn’t too bad to not let him fall asleep.
Oh no. The one reason that Goshozome was having trouble sleeping was a certain blonde fly half he had seen earlier this afternoon.
And what a game it was.
Jinko vs Tenjiku.
He snorted as he could remember the rollercoster of excitement he witness during the game. He, as well as the other, were rooting for Jinko to win. And Sagami had to admit, it was amazing to watch how much Jinko had grown as a team. They even seen a few moves that the rivals never did before and it showed them that they were truly a worthy opponent now.
But Goshozome had his eyes on Oharano the moment the blonde flyhalf stepped into the field and turned the game around. He was worried for a second that they were going to lose, but boy…Oharano came in and took control and won the game.
Holy shit, he wanted to play against him again.
Another sighed, Goshozome closed his eyes. He was feeling a bit tired, maybe now he could fall asleep. But now his mind was running on the events that happened during Jinko’s game…and a cute fly half.
He could see an open field, in the distance were blurred players with red shirts. Running towards him. But the closer they got, the more he noticed the players would fade until only one was left.
Goshozome could feel the wind blowing on his face as he rushed towards the lone player. He slowly could see him coming into focus until he could immediately identify who it was he was running towards him.
Oharano.
Holding the ball, a smirk on his face, his caramel eyes sparkling with mirth and the way he moved as he planned to dodge him; but Goshozome was too quick for that. He sidestepped in front of Oharano just in time to tackle the boy; his strong arms wrapped around the smaller male’s waist, pushing him back and onto the ground.
Goshozome didn’t want to move. He could feel his chest up and down as he panted heavily from the exertion. He could still feel a smaller body beneath him, breathing heavily as well. Leaning back slightly, he could still see Oharano’s smirk on his face, and they were mere inches from each other lips.
“Hmm, looks like you caught me, idiot.”
Was Oharano’s voice ever so damn angelic?
“You should get your reward for that.”
And then fingers were behind Sagami’s fly half, small, slender and so warm; a small palm pressing against his skin that cause a small shiver up his spine before feeling himself being pulled down and finally getting to kiss…
“Ow! Dammit!” came a loud hiss and a sharp pain on the middle of his forehead before snapping out of his dreamy state only for brown eyes to glare up, seeing a rather smug looking Adachigahara hovering over him.
“Goddammit Shouta, what was that for?”
“I called you like five times, Yoichi and I figured I should wake you up before you felt asleep out here like an ass.” said his teammate and best friend.
Goshozome snorted and turned to the sky, “I wasn’t sleeping, I was just thinking.” and kinda having a spectacular dream if it weren’t for you.
“Oh? About?” Adachigahara took a seat next to him and, he too, looked up at the sky. “Jinko’s game.”
A hum was his reply, he nodded.
“I figured. It was an awesome game, Jinko really outdid themselves. But…” Shouta hummed, turning his dark eyes towards his friend, “But that’s not all, is it..Yoichi?”
Goshozome avoided looking at the other, of course Shouta would know him well to figure out that he was thinking about a certain player.
“Yeah he was, I even admit that.” he snickered, agreeing with his friend, “But wow, your face when he finally entered the field. I’ve never seen you this happy that didn't involve a girl.” Shouta laughed at the annoyed look of Goshozome.

“Shut up, I like him.” a pause as he sighed again, “I really do like him.” he then took a moment to think before in a quiet voice, “You think I will get a chance to actually talk to him? I mean, we really didn’t leave a good impression on him the first time we met.”
Shouta actually looked a bit surprise at the dejected voice; Goshozome was usually the outgoing one, the friendly guy that talked to everyone, flirt with the girls and was one of the popular guys in school. And to see him like this, almost shy and hesitant, made Adachigahara think…
“Wow, you have it bad.” he said softly, no malice or condescending, nor joking or teasing. Just really curious and in shock.
He didn’t receive a reply nor a look from his best friend as Shouta sighed. “Who knows. You don’t know if you don’t try. I think he’s a guy that will get over it after a while, so next time you see him…just talk to him.” Wow, this was getting too serious, but at the same time…he was humbled that Yoichi would talk to him privately like this. It meant his best friend trusted him wholeheartedly and wanted advice. Sure he wasn’t the love guru, but he knew Goshozome; and the guy would listen to him.
“If you do talk to him, don’t go and do something stupid like messing with him and asking about if he has a girlfriend flat out…that's annoying.”
Goshozome sighed and nodded, chuckled as he leaned forward, resting his arms over his bent knees, taking a moment to think. “Yeah, I guess you’re right. I’ll talk to him when I get to see him again…hopefully before the camp is done.”
Another pause.
“Gah!” he whined, hands gripping his hair, “He so damn cute, I can’t deal with this!”
Shouta just laugh a bit too loudly; Goshozome really had it bad. He wondered what that cute flyhalf thought about all this if he found out.
“Oi! You two!”
Both jumped and quickly turned around to see a sleepy, pissed off Wada glaring at them. “Go! To! Bed! NOW!”
“H-hai!” the two friends jumped and rushed inside, still hearing their captain’s harsh words of punishment for waking him up at this godforsaken hour.
(truth) What is your dream job? (dare) Post the four most recent pictures in your camera roll.
(mostly bc i don’t take pictures enough to even recall what it might’ve been)
To be honest, I don’t have one? I’ve been trying to figure out for the past 14 years what I might want to do with myself, and I have no idea. I’m not particularly talented at anything, nor do i aspire to learn a new skill to the point where I’d want to do it forever. Part of the reason I work in retail is because there is little options available to just...try stuff without going massively into debt. Would I like to try another career? Of course I would. Does that mean I’m going to say fuck it to everything I’ve slaved to build for myself since I set out on my own. No. No, I wont.
See, this is the trouble with not being particularly good at anything. Options are there but none are any more advantageous than the next and after a while, they all look the same.
