A normal ECG with heartbeat sound by Stemoscope. It's rare this time that it's so quite normal than here. Most time I've got a bradycardia (52 BPMish) or tachycardia (115+ BPM) and / or arrhythmic with quick changing pace and so on.

Here it's normal because before recording I searched my devices in some panic 😅

I’m in posting mood. This is the mentioned ECG from last night. Yeah, tachy again. It’s pretty common for me. It happens every day - several times. But atm everything is more rough to me because I have since more than a week a slower heart rate as usual. (Usually it’s 75 - 80 for me in resting and since over an week it’s 50 - maximal 65) I guess it would be “normal” this way, but not for me. It makes me soooo tired, lower power and ko. I often have to lay down to have no accidents. Sometimes my heart rate jumps from 50 to 120 in more less than 5 seconds like it’s jumping instant. It’s so strange. Trouble with catching breath included.

For everyone who is curious: this is my little ECG device. it's nothing big compared to a real ECG machine with stick-on electrodes, but rather budget-friendly 😅

It works with it's "ViHealth"-App on smartphone, paired via bluetooth.

If you want to have a look on it search for "Viatom portable ECG".

But on me it's difficult to handle on my chest. So I use it (always) in Hand-Hand Mode (Lead I) with my thumbs on the electrodes.
