Disassociation?

Am I the only one that sees everything like watching an old film?

Who zones out and can see other things happen like it was real life, takes ages for you to come back. Black outs? do you confuse reality and fantasy?

When I'm around groups of people I can't even register that I'm there, I just observe everyone else, almost like I'm not even human.

I feel like I'm not a real person sometimes, the strangest thoughts and voices fill my head. More things than I care to explain, if you share my mindset you'd understand why.

I'm just curious who else is like me.
