recently finished Disco Elysium and its honest to god one of the best pieces of art i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. It touched my soul and gave it a little kiss. I have no words (thats a lie. i actually have so so many words about it...)

made this in honour of one of my favourite scenes

(trying to build the abstract communist structure with the student communists, getting so, so far to finishing it, then after it collapsed, giving them advice to open their club up to more people. And then actually seeing their posers out in the city the next morning.

Honest to god, such a beautyful moment. They needed to know someone was willing to pursue even the most out-there, theoretical, magical-realism part of communism. They needed to know it was real. And even if we failed, we got so far, and we can try again and again, with more people. We can try building actual material communism with actual real people. And something beautyful might just happen.)
