i'm making a magical girl book inspired by Madoka Magica and Made in Abyss w/ my friend named Echoes of Eclipse and I need ideas for magic girls so...

So far we've got the main two(doomed yuri) Solana(Sun) and Lucine(Moon)

then, for the other ones, we have 3773(Robot, Tech powers) and Alkira(Cloudborn, Weather/storm powers)

What IS Echoes of Eclipse?

Echoes of Eclipse is a magical girl book, written online by me, and with the help of my two friends. It has inspiration off of the animes Madoka Magica and Made in Abyss. Madoka Magica inspired me with the theme of magical girls who have no way to avoid becoming the same thing they hunt or dying, and Made in Abyss is the inspiration for the brutal deaths with magical environments.

The setting is a time before the earth that we, as humans right now, think the earth was. Why do we not know about it right now? The idea is that the humans during this time removed all traces of their time and let the earth "reset."

Magical girls themselves, are usually who views themself as a girl, enjoys being perceived as one. A magical BOY is very, very rare(forshadowing). Most commonly humans, but they can also be non-human, such as Alkira being a cloudborn or 3773 being a literal robot(technically half human but that's a spoiler). Magic girl weapons can be either from the outfit, a direct weapon or limited to abilities.

Magical girl deaths. Most, if not all, magical girls die at ages 16-18, and are usually due to the brain and nervous system being unable to take in the signals of the magic happening. The oldest KNOWN magic girl is only 22 years of age.

We have had our first, fan made magical girl be made canon!! This character was made by @mibbl3, so all credits for design, lore and etc go to Mibble!!

Her name is Mano, and her ability is or is related to Cryokinesis, Ice manipulation, Ice beam, or Ice generation.

The following lore is taken from message logs with the creator:

"She'd be whatever the term for a female chud is, inside all day not productive just obsessing over magical girls like sailor moon and shit, and once she becomes one she thinks this is just like sailor moon. And thinks shes the main character and tries protecting the other magical girls and facing off whatever the villain is and just get absolutely demolished head clean off in a second."

Her main purpose, as stated by Mibble is; "a wake up call for the others."

Hii mod here to put in a bit more info out of character (this is going to be long but I recommend you take the time to read it)

Who is mano? Mano is a magical girl character from the book echoes of eclipse written by @vmpregutz that I wrote (the character not the book) the personality and designed the character of as well as making a bit of her canonical book lore you can read more about at vals work in progress blog of said book here @echoes-of-eclipse

Just to confirm once more I DO NOT OWN THE RIGHTS TO NOR DID I MAKE THIS BOOK, this is just a blog in order to get to interact with this character! Show lots of love to the book creator

Another reminder that this book isn't finished and the character designs haven't even been finished yet except for mano due to me, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rush the author!!! There are ways to support him without rushing or pressuring him along the way like:

Dropping a follow on his book progress account

Once character designs drop make fanart

Avoid asking questions like "when do you think this book will drop?" "Are you almost done with (insert character)'s design?" (This does not mean you can't ask non difficult questions about certain characters personalities that are already dropped out of curiosity, just don't rush him!)
