Don't chase the rabbit
âUnicron! Look! Look what I made for you!â
In the vast emptiness of space, where nothing but a pair of young entities existed together, the younger of the two laughed happily as he swirled through a cloud that he had just made. He was still learning how to fine tune his abilities, and he knew it would take many endless attempts to perfect his gift of creation. It was a gift that he had been given from his sibling when they had been split.
Chaos was meant to manipulate what was around them, but it had been Order that truly wanted to create. A concept neither grasped nor cared about when the were so young and knew nothing of the concept of time or that anything but them existed in the vast emptiness that was their playground.
Even the One ignored them. Primus was fine with that. As long as he had Unicron, he was a happy entity.
âI remembered what you liked to snack on the best. I made a. . . A this!â Primus didnât so much speak to his other half so much as the bond they shared at their core was a reflection of emotions. A flux of happy, curious, and emotions that all said he was proud and wanted Unicron to be proud of him too.
âLook!â A cloud of interstellar matter swirled between the two entities. It wasnât the best thing to look at, but Primus didnât care. As long as Unicron liked how it tasted and knew that it was made just for him. It would sent the younger entityâs Core soaring in joy and send him off to try and create more for his older half.

Brazen Bull.
Has your muse ever been âhoist by their own petard?â
Yeah, probably a few times. They all have their moments of arrogance and pride, and sometimes that leads to them making mistakes that couldâve been avoided. Although, theyâve been very careful since being released from the Detention Center. Theyâre pretty much out of strikes at this point.

Meme [x] |Â Peek into my characterâs past! |Â ă for a childhood story
Her pack had touched down in a stable asteroid belt to rest for a while and scavenge for fuel and supplies at one point. The best part was that Jackjaw and fledglings were allowed to go asteroid hopping and digging around. While exploring they discovered an icy body that had some energon growing just below the surface. One of her pack mates, a lively little femme by the name of Trill, decided she could dig for it.Â
They all soon found out that the ice was a lot harder than first thought. Trill ended up breaking her servo and wrist.
"I just want to try something...."
9. Â Pulling them into a slow dance.
âOh come now, Echo, itâs easy! Â Just like this. Â One, two, three. Â One, two, three. Â One, two, three.â Â Teal danced slowly around the commons room by himself, arms up as if he had an invisible partner. Â After all, slow dancing was the only kind of dancing he was actually good at.
Echo sat on the couch, frown in place, helm already moving from side to side in clear ânoâ motion.  Teal turned to her and held out a servo.  She looked from the outstretched servo offered to her to the medic.  âThis is stupid.â  And it was.  Going round and round in circles was pointless.  Whether you did it to a particular rhythm or not.  It was all made worse becauseâŚ.she actually wanted to learn.  BecauseâŚ.reasons.  Poseidon reasons.
The medic only gave a soft laugh. Â âMaybe. Â But this is the only way to learn. Â Come on.â
Echo hesitated.
âCome on.â Â Teal encouraged. Â âIts just you. Â And me. Â And Irony. Â And Paradox. Â But other than that, just you and me.â Â
Echo sighed and took the medicâs servo. Â âAlright.â Â She left him guide her into position. Â âNow.â Â The medic started. Â âJust relax, donât look down, and count in your processor. Â Thatâll help prevent the habit of counting out loud.â Â
They danced for  several minutes, Echo stumbling and swearing again and again.  Her frame stiff and tense.  He moved to dance them once again across the commons room in a circle.  âEcho, relax.  Just pretend Iâm Poseidon.â  He grinned and tried to pitch his voice to sound like Poseidon.  âItâs me, my- what does he call you?  Oh!  Itâs me, my Queen.  Poseidon.  You look famishing.â
âYouâre not Poseidon. Â And it ravishing, not famishing.â Â She corrected him.
âYou donât know that I didnât mean famishing. Â And I said pretend Iâm Poseidon.â
âDoctorâŚâ
âIâm pretending your Starscream.â
âTeal! Â I swear! Â The things you say-â
âDistract you. Â And youâve danced around this room twice now without a single misstep.â
Echoâs mouth closed and she realized that she was in fact dancing without much thought and doing very well at it.
The medic smirked.  âYou think this is impressive, wait till you see the things I can teach you to do in the berth.  You wonât be able to peel Poseidon off you.â
âDoctor!!!!â
'I'm satisfied with my care.'
Meme [x] | send âiâm satisfied with my careâ for my muse to sacrifice themselves to save yours
Jackjaw leaned in to nuzzle Echo. It was bittersweet, but it was for the best. This sacrifice would mean Echoâs freedom, even if it meant she would loose her own, possibly her life along with it. When she finished her final gesture of affection she nudged her. âGo. Get outta here. We meet again.â
Echo
Meme [x] | Give me the name of a character and Iâll say whether or not Iâd punch them in the face.
"Echo? Never!" She liked Echo far too much!
