Jupiter into Capricorn (II)

Jupiter Enters Capricorn — Dec. 2, 2019
And so, the page turns again. With Jupiter’s entrance into Capricorn, we find ourselves in a real pivot point that now closes out the major themes of 2019 and sets the stage for the unprecedented changes of 2020.
To recap: Jupiter transited his home sign of Sagittarius in 2019, and our seeking minds were lit afire. The universe spoke to us in a barrage of signs, synchronicities, and riddles that convinced us we were on the right path — while the how, why, and where of it remained maddeningly elusive. Jupiter spent much of that time in a square to Neptune in Pisces, which asked us to wholeheartedly trust in the journey with very little to hold onto and know for certain.
Now, Jupiter has made the sudden transition from mutable fire to cardinal earth, and gravity has taken hold of us, grounding out our wilder states of consciousness into something steadier and more surefooted. There is a necessary letting go that has occurred, as the omnidirectional opportunities and “crazy wisdom” felt into by Sagittarius are now channeled into the patient, defined direction and guidance of Capricorn. We better know what we’re working with now, although we may not realize how quickly this new focus will build into profound and lasting transformation.
On December 25th, a solar eclipse lands in early Capricorn conjunct Jupiter and the South Node of the Moon, and without any effort required on our parts, a generous influx of energy will enter the picture to propel us into building the new foundations for a new decade and a new Earth. By March, Jupiter will have already caught up with Saturn and Pluto, and the real alchemy of 2020 begins.
