AND WHAT A NAME IT IS. I do love the celestial name, how it and its user both have alliterative names, and how it ends with an Eight to match it's user being named after the Eighth Letter.
This solidifies Part 9's themes of Numbers and the power inside them, from November Rain to the first generation Latrato's "God expresses this world through numbers" quote, and only adds more fuel to the fire that he's going to be the main villain, which is VERY exciting!!!
Additionally I've had my own little pet theory for the past five months that Howler's stand would be hereditary somehow, passed down from head to head, either with the same/similar powers or compounding them together with each new generation. We've seen families with the same stand before in Part 7, and considering how important family legacy is to the Howlers and how their names are all letters to signify their position within the tree, it seems like it's only gotten more likely that this little throwaway theory might've been RIGHT..?
BTW so mad I never posted about it publicly outside of discord I'd have loved to share it before other people started picking up on it too LOL
