I have a questions regarding eclipsetale. If Sun were to theoretically die, would the binding on Zeros soul disappear? Would the same be for Moon as well?

I don’t rlly do character death except in rare circumstances 😂 There is one Canon thing for eclipsetale: If either Sun or Moon dies, the other will too. They cannot live without the other, and I’m certain anyone touched by their magic would either quickly follow suit or be left with deep scars 😌

If you were to make Sun and Moon (eclipsetale) into mers, what kind of creature would base them off of? Just curious if they'd be different from their counterparts.

Sun is a lionfish, and Moon is a black goldfish! Moon’s big form is a monstrous mixture between a goldfish and an octo shadow creature. They aren’t in the same au as leviathantale, and they’d be the only two leviathans in the entire world to keep it easy on me.

(I’m tempted to change Sun to a flying fish so I might actually draw him one day w/o dying lol but idk I like him being an invasive venomous species)

What if Bunny used his powers on Moon? I know the chances of that are actually low but what Bunnys powers worked on Moon?

Then it would be fun mind control times >:3c 👀 Linum would be able to freely run whatever tests Sun asks him to and Sun may take advantage of Moon’s state and Bunny’s powers and force him to act certain ways. However, Moon would be able to break free under enough stress.

also, we've all kind of established at this point "sun is an asshole" "sun is the villain of eclipsetale" but is there actually something more to sun's constant jackassery and is he supposed to be more of those relatable villains / not actually a villain at all, or is he just an average antagonist? sorry if this was phrased badly ^^;

This is a good question! But also very tricky to answer XD

People have established a lot of things about Sun. A lot of people have made very dark content with him and that is good! My aus are meant to be able to be used by fandom however needed no matter how dark the content is. I believe that dark fic and fluff fic both have their merits and can both give creators catharsis.

I encourage people to interpret him however they wish, but for some that may lead to a one dimensional character who is pure evil. Which is okay and completely valid by the way, characters don't always have to be redeemed or turn good in the end. Pure chaotic villains are fun!

However, this is not my personal canon for Sun.

Canonly, Sun is meant to be a heavily flawed character with issues that reflect how trying to fix everything and make things better by force isn't the way to go. He's morally grey, a dark dirty grey, but grey.

He's awful, sadistic, and mean but that's not all there is to him. He has heavy codependence and control issues. He's manipulated and hurt many people just to protect Moon. He covers up his own insecurities and pain by hyperfixating on his brother. Sun is not a good character, he never will be, but I hope to share more about his past and eclipsetale's future one day.

At the end of the day Sun was/is Dream, he's Dream if Dream were to see Nightmare hurting and decided that he needed to save him from his pain. Sun is hurting, very badly, and his intentions are good but his methods are awful and only make everything worse. Sun's a Mess and he's desperately hiding it.

At the end of the day it's up to the viewer to interpret Sun however they wish <3

Does Moon live with Sun or does he have his own house? Or maybe he's just staying a little everywhere, like in Syntax void ?

Before they make up? Moon is on the run, he stays nowhere and travels aus <3 Afterwards? He might stay with Sun sometimes, but he'll have his own little place to hideaway in.

There are roughly 8ish people who would have to live together in Sun's castle, so Moon would def need his own place for himself and his crew so they aren't always there XD

How did Sun react to Zero joining Moon’s crew?

Upset, betrayed, and envious. Also relieved to have someone he trusts by Moon's side, and wondering how he can use this to his advantage. When Zero was still with Sun, Sun tried to convince himself Zero was meant for Moon, just a guard dog protect Moon, but Sun is a dirty liar and got attached to Zero. Sun lies a lot, both to himself and others. His intentions are always mixed.

He wants both Zero and Moon back, no punishment, he just wants them back where they're safe and his to keep. Of course if he does catch them his actions may be seen as punishment, but his intentions are always good (his methods are Not)

Timeline wise, since this is after the crew Incident, Sun would be more willing to take in the whole crew without killing them. But he'd also still want to purify Moon and take his negativity away, so they would NOT be willing to be captured XD

Hi! I hope I am not annoying you but I have this question on my head after I saw an ask involving Sun.

It said about Sun meeting an angel but now I am thinking, what would happen if Sun meets a god, how would that turn out?

Technically he himself is a deity (so on par with a god!) so I think it’d go how Greek god drama usually goes 😂 usually Sun tends to go the route of containing and keeping tabs on rather than outright attacking. It really depends on who he meets and how they act :0
