Every morning should start with a delicious breakfast. It sets your day up! This one is açaí in a papaya with star fruit. While at our @plasticfreemermaid retreat all the meals were vegan and prepared fresh everyday. Ingredients were found from the surrounding property or neighboring markets. I was a little worried I wouldn’t be getting enough protein but was actually eating more foods that supported my digestion and felt the best I had in a long time!
