Hi everyone and welcome to my blog on organic products and organic farming and my aim is to assist you with any questions you might have in regards to organic products. I noticed that many people still do not understand quite what organic means as I get many question about the produce I sell. I have an organic store and natural product market and many of my customers come in and ask questions, which I thought I could address here as well.
I have been asked what organic food is so many times since I had my store that I realized many people have a misconception as they are under the impression that it a method of growth like in tunnels, etc. only, which make products organic. The concept is that food grow without using any fertilizers, hormones, and chemical pesticides. An organic farmer strives in enhancing and promotion of biological diversity, ecological harmony and soil fertility is promoted to optimum standard.
When referring to processed organic food, you can also rest assured that these products are handled in such a manner that the quality and organic integrity is maintained fully. The same carries over to organic livestock management where natural breeding methods are utilized and elimination of chemical allopathic drugs by minimizing stress and disease prevention by natural animal welfare and health promoted. Organic animals automatically produce organic products when raised, cared for, and fed under organic management with products provided with a discernable audit trail by authorities.
