to give it credit tho, the game mostly focuses on paranoia. each animal has a different approach and you need a strategy to block them out. but each night gets ridiculously harder and it’s all randomized. the jumpscares only pop up when you die.

im bad at that kind of strategizing so id probably just die a lot, and the jumpscares would just make me more flustered and angry thus more dying with subsequent jumpscares

ok my suspicions of this game have been confirmed i think i have a proper evidence that this is indeed Not The Game For Me... thanks everyone for giving me juuussst enough information so that i wont go looking for LPs of it only to regret it

yeah don’t. it’s really scary. lots of jumpscares. like i never get scared watching mark play horror games but it’s jumped me more than 3 times. poor mark was paranoid the whole playthrough.

It’s a creative horror concept but I also live alone and you know you made a terrible mistake when you’re afraid to BLINK for too long

ugh yeah i hate jumpscares. theyre the cheapest version of horror like, you cant come up with something scary enough to be scary on its own without having to resort to 'stuff jumping out of nowhere in the dark'? horror should have a scary concept over a scary execution, in my opinion. yknow, stuff that makes you think, not scared to leave your room at night ever again because the smallest noise will give you a heart attack
