Maybe boring answer but I've been trying to think of each persons role.

Panda would be perfect melody maker and interesting unique rhythm

Geologist would make the perfect texture for the song

Jonny Greenwood would come in handy if they needed composition anything technical or big like orchestra, horns, guitar, piano, loops. He is good for technical instrumentation writing.

Holger czukay or someone else from CAN to keep a sort of experimental Krautrock/psychedelic but maybe if I wanted to go full interesting not caring about structure or melody go full interesting ideas then

Avey on mixing and lyrics and vocals and synths/things

Geologist making textures and stuff

Ed O Brien focuses on filling in spaces and expanding experimenting with sound

James holden would handle experimental electronic rhythm and stuff.

2 different bands of 4 musicians I think the first one would make the better album but the 2nd group would be a more interesting more experimental and crazy sounding album!
