Ed Westwick
In face of all of the buzz going around about Ed’s rape I decided to write my view on all of this, including GG.
I know how strong the word “fan” is for people who are actually fans and I never considered myself an Ed Westwick fan, but I do follow his work and career. I am, although, a die hard Gossip Girl fan and a Chuck and Blair shipper.
I met Ed a few months ago (I talked about that at the time) and he was amazing and sweet. I do follow his work and I always watch his movies, etc, the same way I do for Leighton. The rape accusation, though, is extremely serious. For me is simple: guilty until proven innocent.
From now on I won’t follow his work anymore and definitely not support him or try to defend his actions.
I love Gossip Girl so much and CB is an enourmous part of my life and that won’t change one bit. I was always the one to say that fiction and real life are different things and I’m still a firm believer of that, that’s why Chair won’t be damaged to me.
I love Ed and I hope the allegations aren’t true, but I’m here to believe in the victim, always. As a woman, I support Kristina Cohen all the way and I’ll be on her side on this story. She was extremely brave to talk about her horrible story and hopefully she’s doing well.
Ed’s reponse to all of this saying “I don’t know her and I didn’t do it” was so broad and empty that sickened me even more.
Please don’t be hypocrites criticizing Harvey Weinstein and defeding Ed Westwick.
