this has been an incredibly shitty year for my mental health and its only march lol

to start it off im already pretty low energy bc my bad dietary habits made me drop 15 pounds and im just barely toeing the line between healthy & underweight, & the depression just makes me feel even worse about that shit, to the point where most days its a struggle to convince myself to go out and get meals. adhd’s dragging my ass all over the place because the executive dysfunction makes it even more difficult to complete even basic tasks, and the concentration issues fuck w/ my ability to read, write, and pay attention in classes.

the one good thing about that combination of symptoms is that no energy + no ability to get myself to do shit = i cant make good on my suicidal urges, but luckily i get 2 compensate for that nonsense by having episodes where i want to peel off my skin/stab myself with a pen/pull my own teeth out, etc. and i feel like if i dont do these vitally important tasks im gonna lose my damn mind

theres a possibility thats seeming increasingly likely to me that i might have an asd and the reason for that is that i just. cant interact with people at all. i feel like an alien or an outsider most of the time i talk to others because i just dont know what the correct reaction is to any situation i dont know how to deal with anything people expect of me i dont know when people hate me or like me i cant fucking understand or sympathize with anyone  i just. do not know how to be a person. it feels like i missed something important that everyone else got really easily when they were kids and now im struggling to figure out what it is and trying to keep up with them all but i just dont know how

and theres the avpd which probably is a result of all THAT bullshit where me not understanding how people work means that my first reaction to anyone trying to interact with me in any way is just “i need to delete all my social media and move out of this country i cant even deal with someone being nice to me for 10 seconds without freaking out because I DONT KNOW HOW TO REACT TOTHIS and i dont want them to be upset with me after they put forth all this effort”

i feel shitty and worthless all the time and i dont know how to fix it. therapy might help but im too chickenshit to set up any type of appointment and anyways how could i dump all of this onto some poor guy i dont even know?? that’s not fair of me its a shitty fucking thing for me to do and i hate the idea but im genuinely terrified of being like this for the rest of my life, however long that might be

my friends and I made like 700 peanut butter cookies last night and I'm still not sure why

my sister is watching One Tree Hill next to me without headphones and I have a strong urge to kick her computer closed (that's a thing that I do from time to time and she's convinced I've "damaged its hinges" O.K.)
