Luz had heard that Golden Ward was the place with all the fun stuff, and she figured she could check out a roller coaster or something and explore at the same time.
(And maybe try and find a way back to the Boiling Isles, because Eda had to be worried about her by now...)
Imagine Luz’s surprise when she recognized a large mane of silver hair several yards away. “Eda...?” Luz’s voice was soft at first, unsure. Was it possible someone she knew also came to this strange new world?
Only one way to find out.
“Eda!” Luz ran towards the witch, leaping forward to wrap her arms around her in an excited hug. “Eda, is that really you? You’re here too? Oh, that’s so cool!”
