*he chuckles darkly, looking at his sneakers* heh, i hope it was for the better. *he pauses, trying to put his self deprecation away before looking at you* hey. *Red smiles and runs his fingers through your hair* y’know... we outta have a night in, just the two of us. i think it’ll be really good for both of us to just relax together.

*he nuzzles into your neck, clinging to you and letting a shuddering sigh escape his teeth* i just want you to be safe and happy.

shhh, don’t cha apologize t’me doll. *he gently presses a kiss to your forehead* it’s okay, ya aren’t bein’ dramatic. it upsets ya. *he sways a bit and gently rubs your back* just... oh stars the idea of losin’ ya scares me t’pieces.

*He looks worried almost immediately and cups your cheek* baby no... please don’t cry sweetheart. *He pulls you closer running his fingers along your spine* don’t talk like that... you know i love ya and i would never... i hope ya would never.... *he nuzzles into your neck shivering at the thought* i choose ya and I’ll always choose ya. you’re the one fer me doll.

i dunno about sweet, i think i’m a lot more bitter. *he chuckles, turning a bit red as you press a kiss to his skull, he pulls you a bit closer and kisses you softly* you’re the one who’s sweeter ’n sugar.
