I’m so into tumblr themes (mine sucks, I know) and I love adding things to downloadable themes, but I want to make my own theme from a base theme. Howwwww Dooooooooo???

GODDAMMIT I TRIED TO CHANGE MY THEME AND NOW IM STUCK IN A HELLHOLE AND I LIKE THIS ONE BUT IT DOESN’T SHOW TAGS HOW DO I FIX THIS AND/OR SOMEONE RECOMMEND ME A SIMILAR ONE THAT DOES SHOW TAGS

I'm trying to figure out how to edit my them, so my blog is under construction for a bit. Please be patient with me
I’m editing the html theme while at the same time I’m getting to figure out where to put the code of the SCM Music player....My brother who is younger than me by 3 years is asking about why is there a mariachi (I may have butchered the wording by now) song playing. I told him that it was the live stream of the E3 event on the Rooster Teeth channel. By now the theme should be one of my childhood games that I played I think it was Kingdom Hearts.
I still can’t edit my blog???
So I’ve tried every day for the last several days to edit my blog, thinking that tumblr was just doing maintenance or something, but I just tried on two other browsers and got the same error page - page not found. Anybody have some tips??
