He said that it was too late for anything to be done about it :(( but he wasn't mean about it, which I was expecting him to be. He just said that I should have told him sooner...but I didn't know attendance was gonna be such a big deal then? I just have to do really well on this paper now ergh

Some professors are extremely understanding. Just be honest and open and explain everything. Don’t hold back and be hesitant [nervous is definitely okay]. They respect you more if you are just honest. I’ve been down the road of having to tell professors about shit like that before [it was more related to something that was way beyond my control - surgery. and my professor wanted to fail me for not participating in fitness?] so yeah. I get why it’s nerve racking. I do. But give it a go

yeah, i emailed one of my professors last week about a similar thing and she was fine with giving me an extension on my work

but i really hate this class and the professor isn't very approachable and the TA, who monitors attendance, is no help at all - he's ignored every email i've previously sent and he got annoyed when i handed my midterm paper in two days early

but i know i'm gonna have to email them eventually :(

NICOLAS CAGE IS MY HOME BOY. But yeah, I just. I fucking hate Eva Green. I Just fucking hate her. She's a wonderful person. I just hate her acting. So much. It's like watching someone sit on dry ice with their bare bum. Ow. No thank you.

hahahaha! I've seen Eva Green in a couple of things, but I don't particularly remember the ins and outs of her performances, so I guess that means I've tolerated her or even liked her in the past. I'm watching the pilot now, so I guess I'm about to find out. Just been reading up on it and it's definitely the kind of show I'd be into.
