ok i’m gonna be entirely honest here, i’m not in the 97%

hearing that number is terrifying, especially as someone who had always had that fear of being called at or worse

i had a discussion with 4 other people today and i was the only one who had never been yelled at on the street. we’re all only in high school

there are only 3% of women like me

another stat: 9% of women are left handed

now imagine every left handed woman you know (ik it’s specific bare with me) now cut that number by 2/3. that’s how many women haven’t been sexually harassed

i don’t understand the argument “not all men” because it’s almost all women

So I've had an idea for protecting women.

It goes like this: get a really masculine™️ looking man for advertising. He'll upload videos on social media on his Alpha Male account about how this Alpha Male Training made him an Alpha Male, he grew a beard after the training, got strong and no woman ever rejected him afterwards.

Men who are dangerous for women will sign up for the training, most likely not reading/not caring about the general terms and conditions they'll have to accept while signing up.

These problematic individuals will show up for their Alpha Male Training and find.... a bunch of feminist. They'll want to back out but they'll learn that when they want to cancel the training, they'll have to pay horrendous feas (the same goes for talking about it to people who aren't part of the program) that will be donated to aid organisations for women (women's refuges etc.)

So most of them will stay because they don't have enough money to leave. And then they'll learn about feminism, the dangers of being a woman and everything else they've ever ignored.

After the program they'll get a bouquet of their favourite flowers and some flyers with adresses they can turn to when they find it difficult to navigate their misogyn friendships etc.

So, who's in?

Educate Men

Teach men how to treat and respect women. Tell them about consent. Tell them that disrespecting a woman doesn’t make them a man, it makes them a coward, a disgrace to the human population. Tell them that when a girl is being kind, it does not in any way mean that she is flirting with them. Tell them that being sensitive doesn’t make them any less of a man, if anything, it makes them more human. Tell them that when a girl walks by them, it is not an invitation for them to gawk at her. Tell them that when a girl is alone with them, it is their duty to protect her, not scare her. Please, please teach them the basic etiquettes of any basic human before they go outside, rather than keeping women locked within four walls.
