Educate Men

Teach men how to treat and respect women. Tell them about consent. Tell them that disrespecting a woman doesn’t make them a man, it makes them a coward, a disgrace to the human population. Tell them that when a girl is being kind, it does not in any way mean that she is flirting with them. Tell them that being sensitive doesn’t make them any less of a man, if anything, it makes them more human. Tell them that when a girl walks by them, it is not an invitation for them to gawk at her. Tell them that when a girl is alone with them, it is their duty to protect her, not scare her. Please, please teach them the basic etiquettes of any basic human before they go outside, rather than keeping women locked within four walls.

Kind.

when you spread kindness, make sure you expect nothing in return.

When other’s are being kind, make sure you don’t stop them from doing so only because they gain nothing from it.

When other’s are kind to you, make sure you appreciate it, make sure you tell them that their efforts did not go unappreciated.

When others are not kind to you, make sure you do not in any form or way make them feel bad about it.

When others praise you for your kindness, make sure you are humble about it and do not come off as arrogant.

When you see someone who is struggling; be kind to them. Not out of pity, but because you are a human who cares about others.

Be kind, even when no one is.

One thing I can’t wrap my mind around; why do people speak unneccessary shit about others? Really, what happened to all those things we got taught when were little? “Respect others.” “Dont’t speak unnecessarily.” Where did all of that go? When did we ever forget about all that? I hate it. I hate it when someone continuously keeps talking bad about others; not only behind their back, but right infront of their faces too. It not only makes you sound stupid and frustrated, but also illitierate and devoid of any kind of respect for humans. There’s a saying from that Bambie movie that goes like “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” And maybe, just maybe the world would be a much better place if people kept their hate and criticism to themselves instead of spreading it like the plague.

Never Be You

You'll never be enough for him. He can do all these amazing things and what can you do? Cuddle him? Make shit conversations? Anyone can do that. He'll find someone else someday you know; someone who's already achieved amazing things. Hes only in love with you right now because he hasn't met anyone else. When he does, he'll feel guilty for dating you, he wont tell you because of the promises you've both made. But it will happen, he will find someone who's like him; someone who isnt you, someone who he doesn't have to push again and again to write a god damn story. And that someone, wont be you. It never will.
