This fabulous costume was designed by Howard Burden for Richard E. Grant’s portrayal of Sir Percy Blakeney in the 1999 adaptation of The Scarlet Pimpernel. The costume was seen again in the first episode of the 2023 third season of Sanditon, where it was worn by Edward Davis as Lord Montrose.
