Hey folks! I’m in a play at Smith College that runs two nights this weekend! It’s a fabulous Edward Albee one act called, “Finding The Sun”! It’s a weird, cool play and I’m playing a fun, meaty role as a, ‘stylish matron’. It’s paired with another one act called, “Things We Said Today” by Neil LaBute. Which looks reallllllly interesting!!! I haven’t done a proper play in ages, so I’m especially excited! And the rest of the cast is fantastic!!! If you’re in town, come enjoy the show! It’s free and open to the public. (Do note a serious trigger warning of violence and self harm though. Also there are some themes that reflect the 1980s time period that the play I’m doing was written, which, while I think they are appropriate for the piece and the time, and interesting/integral to the plot, they may be difficult for LGBTQ folks.) Friday and Saturday, December 6 & 7 at 7:30pm In the Hallie Flanagan Studio Theatre Mendenhall Center for the Performing Arts at Smith College (Also, I’m an Out and Proud trans Woman acting in a play at Smith College. Which may or may not be actually historic. But, y’know, nbd.) #theatre #actor #trans #performer #transwoman #edwardalbee #findingthesun #smithcollege #northamptonma #northampton (at Smith College) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5qxZMFBHHA/?igshid=1n4yxm9f2at60
