"Am I not?" Olivier said, although she was fairly sure that he was right. With a virus going around the fort, everyone was pulling double duty, herself included, even if they weren't feeling well. She herself was fairly certain that she had a slight fever to go along with the cough she had developed.

"It's no matter," she said. "There's still work to be done, and duties to be preformed. There's no rest for us here at Briggs."

Not with the Drachman threat always looming and a fort to run. Rest was something that came very rarely and could be interrupted at anytime. She was used to it.

But she still wanted this annoying cough to go away. She didn't have time to be sick! She glanced at him. "I don't suppose homunculi get sick, do they?"

Seeing how the other was never usually never to kill unless direct or order to. it was very rare to see it act out on Pride on will of choice. envy was impress that he was surprised by the out come.

“Why are you on the table?”

Envy groaned loudly from the broken remains of the table that laid underneath them. Urgh, their little brother either had a hilarious sense of humor, or was just being literal.

“Oh, I was mostly just joking~” She tells the boy, smiling slightly as she looks from the soft glow of the moon to Pride. “Just seems I’ve been having some bad luck lately, I suppose.” Shira admits, letting out a soft sigh. She was really beginning to enjoy spending time with the other and liked to believe he felt the same way - of course, she couldn’t know that for certain. Pride was certainly speaking more on their meetings, so perhaps that was a good sign.

Shira still didn’t know much about the blond, or where he came from. She sometimes wondered if he even had a home, or family....something that was stable in his life. Maybe once he was more comfortable with her, she could convince him to share that information. But for now, she’ll enjoy the night time air with him in peace.

She takes the cracker Pride offered daintily, gazing at it for a few moments before taking a bite. She swallows, humming her appreciation. “It’s such a lovely evening, isn’t it? I’ve never seen the stars so bright before.”

“ Neh  Pride.” Envy had popped out of no where when the other was usually silent and to himself. He never seem to keep track or usually follow the older homunculus but thanks to being in sight of the younger before him. Envy was tired of being away from those he knew abit and he gotten along with pride better than the others . Or better said had better patient with the emotionless face homunculus

Shira could never understand why the military police in this city were so ruthless and trigger happy. Shooting at an innocent person … what the hell had happened since she left the service? Well, that wasn’t her main concern right now. She could sense that the other was frightened, which was why she wanted to help him even more.

It took her a moment to figure out how to get up there, but once she did, she climbed up with ease. Her heart nearly stopped as she looked at him. Once again, her ‘big sister’ instincts were taking over. “Hey there … Just breathe, okay? We need to get out of here. Will you let me take you to my apartment just to get cleaned up? I promise you it’ll be safer than up here.”

Also, she didn’t have the supplies necessary to treat his wounds. Really … he should be taken to the hospital, but Shira doubts he’d take too kindly to that idea from their brief interactions.

It had been a few days since Envy had last checked up on his youngest (most favorite) sibling, the mission that Father had sent him on taking longer than originally planned thanks to the damn state alchemists and their troublesome meddling. But he had finally made it home. Hopefully, Pride had stayed out of trouble while he was away.

"Pride!" The jealous called out upon finally seeing the blonde, opening his arms so that the other could hug him. "You miss me?"

“ Wow pride i never seen you get this active of being talkative. Perhaps  you sticking around me has finally rubbed off and you not being such quiet all the time.~” Envy hummed.
