Ever since I read the House of Slaughter, I'd had a hard time believing that Edwin actually killed a dragon. Like, since when did we even know what a dragon looks like? For all I knew, that was just a large monster. But I just re-read the Book of Slaughter and in that book, we see a picture of Saint George's Tomb. In that tomb, is a statue of a dragon! Specifically, the thing that Edwin killed. So now I see how, now that he's a silver mask, he basically HAS to become an emerald mask. Which, I'll be honest, is a little disappointing because I was hoping that Erica was going to become a dragon slayer at some point. Oh well. Here's hoping that we get to see those juicy lore bits when he goes to the house of Saint George. Do you think we'll get a Book of Saint George? I hope so, I think that makes sense.
