I have no idea how common of knowledge it is, but this does happen to me periodically. Very early on I made a gemhelena post and someone replied like “have you read this fic! It’s exactly what ur talking about” and it was The Stone 😭

Imagine when vampire!Dorothy is sick, she turns into a bat, because it's most comfortable. She hates taking medicine, so she stays up high so the girls can't get her. Sophia ends up grabbing the broom, but she's still too short, so she turns into her bat form and tries to get her down. Eventually Sophia gets Rose to tell a St. Olaf story.

But when they get Dorothy, she refuses to turn into her human form, so Rose holds her as she gives her her medicine through the syringe/bottle.
