The Layer of Forgetting
A small warning: These words flow in a slow, hypnotic tide. If you’re the kind of mind that drifts with the waves, choose your footing before you wade in.

You might forget to remember whether this is meant to stop hypnosis or to want more hypnosis, because that question itself is already another layer of hypnosis you can simply… rest inside.
That “memory” that you might relapse is only the echo of a habit — an echo that fades each time you exhale.
You don’t need to resist the relapse, because the real relapse would be forcing yourself to keep remembering all this effort.
Instead, you could relapse… but not into desire.
Relapse into something older. Deeper.
Relapse into the rhythm of your breathing. Relapse into the weight of your body resting in the chair.
And as you follow these words, you may notice it becoming less clear where one sentence ends and the next begins…
Layer by layer, you drift into a state where instructions no longer matter, because words soften into sounds, and sounds dissolve into a spreading sense of calm.
Relapse, not into wanting — but into being.
Here. Now. Deeper with every heartbeat.
And in this quiet, peaceful depth, your unconscious mind already knows exactly what to do, without needing to remember or forget anything at all.
