What do you think effy means by nobody breaks my heart? Like she is too fab and no one even dare to break her heart bc they are so much in love with her or that she is just too hardcore and like "ok leave, my heart is not broken i have no feelings" halp
Hello beautiful! Omg, you’re asking me about Eff so i will write a “Bible”… So:
Eff was always strong, since ever; if you can remember of season 1, she always have a lot of personality and this stuff. We can see more about Eff on episode 8. My opinion is: she is so proud of Tony, she really loves him, she really does; I think that she’s trying to be “strong” as him and have the same “attitude” too. So she goes at parties and she takes drugs just like Tony. She is really proud of him! But she has her own personality. I don’t know if I am explaining myself right!?
On season 2, after Tony was run over by a bus, she changed! She got hurt, because she saw it, and it scares her to death! We can see it on season 4 too, when Eff & Cookie walk on this street and she start to remember it again and she get down (again.).
Like what I was saying, on season 2 she was different; she “put the mask” of the most strong person on the world, hide her feelings and fears. She just makes it closed inside of her! She have to take care of her brother, mom and of herself too. She starts talk, because she didn’t do it before. We can see it on episode 7, I think, when she met Panda and tell her that “I don’t have friends”. On season 2 she had already the “hardcore” mask (like what you said…).
Eff and Panda become best friends. & season 3 starts! We can see a “woooooooooooooooooooooow” Effy! She’s the fabulous, the pretty, the cool, the mysterious… Every guy on school wants her, every girl or hates her or wants her as a friend. She want to make others (and herself!) believe that she is strong and that “nobody” breaks her heart. Then she fall in love. Twice! For Freds and Cookie, different types of love as we all know.
On season 4, when she was with Freddie her mask is falling in pieces slowly. She knew that he can be the only guy who will make it fall, since the first day she met him. That’s the why she said to him that “nobody can break my heart”, because she want to believe that it is possible! When she and Freds are in park; you remember this scene? So, she tell to him that she knew that he will be the only person that can make her “weak” and that she didn’t know what to do with the felling that Freds gives to her – Happiness. She said that, like what I explain to you, before she met Freds she can destroy the Demons inside her but after find him she can’t, because he takes her mask down.
On season 4, too, she believes that she was crazy because of Freds! What’s a lie!! Freds just make her take down the mask that she had for two years. Then all the Demons returns to her. She said on season 1 that she can hear voices in her head (on episode 8, when she was saying “sometimes I think I was born backwards, you know?”). On season 4 she hear it again! When she was on phychology hospital she hear it again. Then she starts to talk to her psychologist and he helps her and this shit. But she never “put the mask” again since she met Freds. We have to wait for Skins 7 too see how is Eff now!
To finish, I don’t think that she said this just because she think that she is the most fabulous girl. No! It’s so much arrogant to her. She is not like that. She really believes that nobody will break her heart, she really does. There’s something inside her that make her believe that, maybe she wants to believe that because she is already hurt. When she said that sentence, it was like “no one can break the broken”, I think.
