So I've been taking a mantra to heart: "Better than we were yesterday." I've been trying to stay more active, go farther, faster and stronger. I've been trying to make more, stretch more, and read more. Today I was given 1.5hrs in a studio. I spent 45 minutes trying to make something, anything. I found out that I can't be three people at the same time. I can't be a duet and a camera man to make the imagery and movement that I want but I can try. I like this piece because I had a short time frame to make it, and even though I cannot remember even the simplest/shortest of phrases in terms of movement or timing, I do have a lovely internal fireball and beat to utilize/fallback on.
