Egypt: Do you stand up in what you believe in? How?I never used to do that. Always followed other people around. Always felt too shy, to insecure, too hesitant to do it. But I’m slowly learning how to stand up for what I believe in, how to stop saying ‘yes’ to everything other people want, and saying ‘yes’ to what I believe in.
Korea: What is one thing you accomplished by yourself? Maybe it sounds like it’s nothing. I don’t think I ever accomplished anything extraordinary, like finish a huge, meaningful project of any kind or something. Rather I accomplished lots of small things I am still just as proud of. Like moving out and living alone and generally being alone and not being so dependent on other people. I always felt like I needed other people too much, but I don’t anymore, and that makes me feel very good. Knowing that I can be fine just by myself.
