These deviled eggs are a great way to start any meal. They are creamy, tangy, and just a bit spicy, so everyone will love them.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. 1/8 teaspoon salt. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Remove the eggs from the water and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on top of the deviled eggs for added flavor and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving.
