armaia made her that braid
What do you think about the kids of the 2nd floor?
“I believe that Egnigem is trying to hard in her role, but at the same time I don’t think it is something that can or should be erased completely; perhaps toned down slightly. It gives her a drive and focus which I believe if a positive part of her, just I would like to see her find a balance; especially since her friends do care so much about her.
Armaia is rather a kind young girl who needs support. She can defend her self when needed, but I do think it would be better for her to support the others as much as she can.
The fun loving one of course is Wickebine, and well while she does like to pull pranks she is much more reasonable then others. I think as long as she keeps her balance of pranks and role of using stealth, that she is a good kid over all that shows talent.
Errende, well I haven’t interacted with him much but he does seem like the caring type.
Laurell needs to actually listen for once and learn manners. He likes to throw tantrums for no reasons while acting as if he is an absolute authority. If he can’t not at least learn to act in accordance with the others I think it would be fine to put him through a boot camp having Trentini, Margaretha, and myself creating courses for him. If the others of the second lab still don’t believe he has changed something more drastic will be needed.
Kavach,” sighing Seyren dragged a hand a cross his face, “ he needs a fair amount of work on his jokes. He is a good archer but his humor leaves a lot to be desired.”
"L-Lord Windsor!!" Egnigem shrieked, though her voice died in her throat. Was this really happening? She had known her time would eventually come to an end, but like this? And him, of all people? Tears---cold and burning--- streaked down her battered, bloody face as she backed herself against a wall. This was a fight she could not win, though even if given the chance, she wasn't sure if she'd want to win it. And so she closed her eyes, and accepted her fate. "You, Seyren? You r-really hate me?"
“Hate?” Seyren was rather confused at Egnigem choice of words but he would be honest. “I don’t hate you, I could even say this was a nice fight and shows just how far you’ve come in your training.”
The mix of range and yellow of the blade’s natural colors seemed to welcome the red staining it as Seyren leveled the Edge at Egnigem.
“Though this was just the result of the fight, we both knew it could end either way. You wanted to see just how far you’ve come even if it meant death.” With the swords-woman backed up against the wall Seyren didn’t push further, just kept with in striking distance, no need to frighten her further. “You put up an impressive fight Egnigem.”
“Rest from the endless fighting in such dark places.” Edge slicing through the metal protector with ease bare hand held onto the back of Egnigem’s head. “Though you may end up with the gods, at least there you shall fight in the light.”
"Who would you save--- Lady Margaretha, or Armaia?"
While Margaretha is a close friend I do have faith in her abilities to keep her self safe when she needs to. Plus having seen her use of the croce staff first hand it helps bolster such consideration. I know for a fact Armaia can fight by her self and survive but, I would still have to pick to saving Armaia as I believe she would need my help more.
💋 + Surprise me~
It was hard to tell looking at them if it was better this way for their pride or worse as to where they ended up with knowing what had happened and loosing. Kneeling down next to where Egnigem lay unconscious on the floor Seyren took a few moments to tidy up the torn edges of the young woman’s sleeves and disarrayed hair. Lifting up Egnigem in his arms lord knight noted how light she was despite her time spent training;keeping her propped against his chest Seyren made sure to retrieve the sword that Egnigem always had with her.
Easily able to understand that one could form an attachment with the weapon they kept with them so long that it became a friend or part of them, even unconscious Egnigem’s fingers reached out towards the handle. Fingers lightly curled reassuringly about the grip Seyren checked to make sure the swords-woman was properly supported as he straightened his posture.
From what he could tell Egnigem had fainted after fighting and managing to gain some distance; lack of bodies on the floor but fresh wounds on the young woman helped lead him to such a thought. Red eyes keeping aware of any one that may have chased after Egnigem in return for her win Seyren carried her slowly to room she used. A light kiss was placed atop Egnigem’s head along with words. “You did well Egnigem, take your well won rest.”
Relationship meme: Egnigem
Considering the best way of wording his thoughts Seyren actually had to think about how he and Egnigem got along. “I would say that it is something like a mentor and student or older sibling type of relation ship. Yes I do help them with their swordsmanship and lance work while at the same time answering anything they may be curious about or lacking in knowing about the chivalriccode; it just doesn’t seem to fit that alone perfectly though to me.”
There had been a few things that may note Egnigem’s choice but as she hadn’t really spoken up about it Seyren didn’t see it as something to be a topic. “Even if she decides to learn more from Randel I think I would still get along well with Egnigem. She does well in looking out for others but I would continue keeping an eye on her wanting to make sure she didn’t push her self to much.”
