Okay I think this is finally good enough for me to post. @adagiorii, this one goes out to you. Literally lol.

I find it rather comical that the first time I ever draw this character is for a Eidolon AU but y'know what, fuck it, we ball

Agent Nia Sanchez

Age: 25 Orientations: Cis Girl, Unlabeled Department: PCD Exorcism (4 years so far) Details: Nia Sanchez is probably the kind of agent the higher ups of the PCD have nightmares about: a chronically ill, foul-mouthed only daughter of a male-dominated family who, despite all odds and barriers, somehow not only managed to enroll in the Training Academy, pass, and convince the support department to make her a double bit axe that more often than not is being hurled out of her hands. You either love her or hate her but regardless, you can't deny that Nia is just as much sweet as she is spice; she can be the sweetest ball of energy with an urge to help and protect her friends, or she can kick your ass to the moon and back if you so much as look in her direction the wrong way. A proper wild card, there are only two things anyone can count on: 1, no matter what she does, she's bound to end up back in the medical office from overexertion. And 2, no matter how many times she falls, she'll get right back up and keep on swinging.

I wrote way more than I needed to the first time, so I ended up using Elsie's posts as a sort of template for this. And, if I keep up with that trend, then...

Important notes: Nia hates heels, so she managed to steal a pair of male boots and convince the higher ups to let her keep them on the claim that the heels were easier to fall in and thus, easier for her to damage her breathing equipment. She has also recently been haunted by the grim of her cousin.

Finally I got him out of my head after he’s been clawing in there for weeks

Now there’s so much I could say about Micheal from the fact that he’s no technically an Ashton anymore because his dad disowned him to the fact that this is the MF that had to be special and different and throw a giant wrench into everything that turned this from a funny little ‘planet making ocs’ to ‘planet makes a whole alternate universe where the bow and arrows did in fact exist but where phased out which is why he gets to play long-distance messenger whereas everyone else has close fighting weapons’

Or I can make the obvious joke of ‘of course Planet makes a whole character/minor-secretive group that pretty much causes all the intercity chaos that Edu described in that one Q&A just to give the PCD even MORE of a headache’

But alas all I can say is holy fuck this guy is so inspired by 21 pilots it’s honestly a godsent that the story doesn’t take place in the early 2000s-2010s because his teenage emo phase would’ve been unbearable

Also the hair kinda covers it here, but he does have a bit of a crooked bridge to his nose after getting into a physical fight lmao

Another Eidolon AU design!

fuck it im posting this. context if you want

last month my buddy Gideon approached me and was like “Raiden but as an Eidolon”. In this context, an Eidolon is a homebrewed undead creature he created for a dnd campaign, they’re dead people with such insanely strong convictions that they reanimate their corpse and fulfill that.

and then i went an extra step and went “okay. what if we recreated the thing from your dnd campaign” in which my character was unknowingly murdered and revived, and their brother became an Eidolon. And every day he had to kill someone to keep my character alive.

I give you

Eidolon Raiden who killed Sam (for whatever reason. Shrug honestly) and felt incredibly guilty about it. Made a deal with a god to revive Sam, needing to kill peopke to keep him alive.

Meanwhile Sam is like “where am I what the fuck”

anyways yeah. idk. it’s so self indulgent. But it’s really neat. It rattles in my head.

Semi-Spoilers concept for a fic I thought of for Greddie/Frace ie Eidolon AU

So the concept of Eidolons when passed on the person goes to Hades right? And the part about passing on into Oblivion in some interpretations can stay or reincarnate.

Sooooo, if Freddie did not get saved when Grace goes to Hades she would've ended up in Elysium maybe when she passed on (and perhaps with Caliope?) And here's the thing - what if she decides to reincarnate to go find Grace?

What if Freddie does find Grace over several lifetimes. Sometimes brief, sometimes longer. But she always finds her somehow. All of her reincarnations never remember, but have pieces of her. Like Grace just happens to have "friends" who happen to like bracelets, wide brimmed hats, and the color green. Occasionally the nerd about books and related. But again these are common traits, so Grace doesn't connect the dots.

What if Grace is just waiting to "pass on" Either by natural causes (accident, etc) or finding the right person to entrust her Eidolon to? (Vibes of Finn and Jake from Adventure time, like I don't think Grace really fully moves on from Freddie's death) Eventually she gets to Elysium and looks for Freddie, but she's not there.

So Grace, then reincarnates to go look for Freddie. Cue the person who got Grace's Eidolon, you got it! One of Freddie's reincarnations. And the memories start popping up about their relationship. And because you know time is a concept not too long after Grace finds her.

They reunite and actually confess. So it's a long winded version of the "useless lesbians/sapphics/gay trope"

I'm gonna call it "All things that lose their way, can find it again" or something similar XD

What does Nia think of the main cast of Eidolon? (Low detail ver.)

Eiko:

Nia respects Eiko a lot and enjoys missions with her, although she simultaneously is slightly unnerved by Eiko's general emotionlessness. They also sometimes clash a bit due to both of them having pretty hot tempers, but they don't leave a super bad taste in Nia's mouth.

Hayato:

Nia's not super acquainted with Hayato, but the conversations they HAVE had are pretty fun, so she likes him.

Sanako:

Nia's never officially met Sanako, she just knows she's Hayato's sister and is a PCD trainee.

Amara:

A genuine very close friend of Nia's who she (platonically) loves very very much! The two get along well in terms of fashion and enjoying cute things together, and they have kind of a "sugar and spice" dynamic. Nia sort of considers Amara like a sister, which is nice bc she's never had a sister.

Theo:

Probably the person of the main cast who knows Nia the best. She's not unnerved by him and really enjoys his company, and also trusts him immensely because he's usually one of the ones helping her if she's overexherted herself on a mission. He sees the quieter, more regretful side that she doesn't show many people at all, and his lack of judgement leads her to see him kind of like a big brother figure.

Bee:

Nia also considers Bee a good friend, although they haven't spent enough time together for Nia to fully open up or consider her a best friend. But when they do, Nia always loves talking about fashion and seeing Bee's sewing skills.

That's the full low detail version, I want to actually draw interactions for a full glimpse of what I imagine, but this is just what I think is cool :) Idk when I'll do the drawings, I'm tryna lay low to give my hand a break so it might be a bit. This will do in the meantime tho

Some bonus things, just for fun (also so that I can draw them later):

Nia secretly really wants Bee and Theo to be less strained with each other. She knows they're half siblings and family values are really important to her, so since neither of them have done anything heinous, she wants them to sort their issues out.

Since her family owns a bakery, Nia likes bringing cookies to the PCD for special occasions! She asks everyone she knows if they want one, usually they're some kind of meringue. On occasions where Nia finds herself with extra cookies in any case, she always gives them to Theo, Amara, and Bee.

Nia also highly respects Nurse Canes, and is a bit more scared of her than the others because she only sees her after overexherting herself, and she just feels like a kid when being scolded. She knows in the end, though, Nurse Canes is right, and will never question her authority or purposefully be defiant.

Uhhh yea. That works for now.

I think I'mma just ramble way more on here from now on. That'll be fun.

Oh, the audience wishes to know about Nia's grim companion, hm? Well, if you do insist...

"Chase": The Revengeless

Original Name: Lucas Sanchez

Age of Death: 18 (Less than a year ago)

Orientations: Cis dead guy, complicated demi/grayromantic

Species: Grim (Incorporeal but pissed off about it)

Notes: "Chase" is the name given to him by Nia as she basically had to chase him to find him despite him making himself very clearly there to Nia. In life he was already rather immature, arrogant, and reckless; now, "Chase" has the rationality and temper of a six-year-old. He gets angered in a flash and shows it through incoherent yelling and making a ruckus in any way he can, which, as he lacks the physical body to do so, is second to none from an outsiders point of view. The other way he gets his anger out is through illusions in Nia's peripheral vision, as they both know she is the only one who can actually see him.

Additional important notes: Nia is well aware of "Chase", but seeing as he doesn't cause actual damage and she's admittedly curious of why he's haunting her, she lets him go under the radar. Their personalities and anger are similar enough for most to simply see "Chase"'s anger through Nia as just her normal anger, albeit more frequent.

Nia is, however, unaware that "Chase" is her cousin.
