The Golden Globes were one to see this year as women stood in solidarity against sexual harassment all wearing black. Oprah gave a speech that left everyone wondering if she is going to run for president. Some of our favorite shows and actors received awards such as big little things and Sterling K. Brown. ELAINE WELTEROTH IS LEAVING TEEN VOGUE ?!
Elaine Welteroth is stepping down from her current position as editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue and we are SO sad. In less then a year Elaine has transformed the direction of Teen Vogue. She has brought awareness to many political situations and shed light on interesting topics. In my opinion she gave LIFE back to an over looked publication. She will be missed but we are looking forward to her next endeavor!

Yara Shahidi has launched her newest project EighteenX18 ignorer to encourage young adults to vote during the upcoming midterm elections. She says "voting should not be taken lightly, as it allows citizens to take direct part in electing the president of the U.S and local officials."
