It’s very interesting to watch the evolution of a band’s sound over years of gradual success and fame. The new Paramore song is refreshing in the sense that the band is trying something different and that is a very 80’s sound that they pull off quite nicely. The song is really catchy and it still stays true to Paramore’s pop punk sound, especially the pop aspect. I may be a little bias in saying that I think Paramore is one of the best bands of our day and age. I have been a fan since day one, own every record, know every word to every song but the bottom line is they know how to write hit records. I firmly believe that Hayley Williams is one of the best female vocalist out there. Her range is insanely impressive, a four octave vocal range is hard to come by these days and she sings with such precision, she is truly a master of her craft there’s no doubt about it.
