[3:34am] Ah, Captain don't worry about it. None of that was your fault, and nothing to worry I still am not all that fond of alcohol. Usually I only ever get into it socially!

“…Ise.” She corrected softly. Not something she generally did to a Captain, but…that….was an unfortunate misspeech on the woman’s part. “I suppose you seem more chipper than usual.”
“Right, right, sorry.” Isane honestly had been so frazzled lately, that such missteps were becoming steadily more and more common. Scratching at the back of her neck, the captain hoped to better cover her tracks on the whole tired thing.
With a shrug, the captain tried to play it coyly, “Yeah, well, can I help it? I get to do so much more work now, but I guess the haori’s nice and warm.”
“But yeah, didja need anything? I figure you got a reason besides chatting with me to visit.”

She sighed softly at that and shook her head. “It depends. I’m not entirely sure. I know that I get a little handsy. But at one point I sortof black out and I’ve yet to have anyone tell me what happens after that,” she murmured.
She stifles a chuckle. Really, she would’ve had no idea, so this is entertaining information, “Oh my, Nanao-san, I wouldn’t have pegged you for the type! You don’t strike me as someone who drinks much at all. How much do you have to drink to get like that”

His lips twitch upwards into a small smile. It’d been a while since he’d seen her outside of a meeting or in a non-official capacity and while the two had never been particularly close, he’d enjoyed a pleasant working relationship with her when she was the Lieutenant of the Hachibantai before him.

The Lieutenant growled from behind the door. There was a rustling for a moment before finally she came to the door, sliding it open just a crack, blocking most of the view into her quarters. Her hair was down, and she was NOW fully in her nightwear. “What do you need, Lieutenant?” she asked grumpily, clearly glazing over his little peek.
He moved so that he was back against the wall purposefully to the side that he wouldn’t be able to see anything, though he would admit he hadn’t meant to peek in on her. It was a momentary lapse in his manners--something he’d have to be mindful of next time he tried to come around here again. “Just wanted to see if you were free to chill with a few of the other lieutenants.. M’guessin’ I caught you at a bad time.” Sleep right now was few and far between for him at least, but he knew that just going through the day on edge all the time wasn’t how things needed to be handled.
