Just your routine reminder that the Rose fandom is much bigger than Tenrose. Most of us are not Tenrose only. Even those who don’t ship every Doctor with Rose usually ship at least one other Doctor with her besides Ten. i had the coolest DW dream last night in my fevered state, homg. So UNIT had taken all the past Doctors captive and each one was in a sort of cage cell thing while they forced them all one by one to work on their biggest hangup/fear/trauma (something about how they couldn't trust them to be a benefit to Earth if they kept running around all traumatized). And Rose was there (with Ten, i think, or maybe Eleven), and while she was there, she met Eight. And was instantly smitten, because, damn. I'm just saying. i haven't watched that yet, but i keep seeing pics on here and, like, Fuck.

Anyhoo, so she goes up to Nine at some point when he's being let out to work on his Time War stuff, and he hasn't met her yet at this point, and she's already talked to Ten or Eleven or whoever about it, and they're good with her getting to know Eight (i think she had just gotten done helping Ten deal with his Time Lord Victorious stuff)... so she goes to Nine first and basically wants him to know that it isn't a reflection on how she feels about him that she wants to get to know his previous self. Then she leans across the table and kisses him before going to chat with Eight, and Nine's like, "um... what just happened and why did i like it, who is this pink and yellow girl?" Then i woke up before she could chat up Eight, and i'm still mad about it.
