For some reason the way Joker pronounces "EIHA!" when using his side special move in Smash Ultimate, immediately I thought it sounded like one of those stereotypical "YEEHAW!" shouts that cowboys say in the movies and cartoons. Thus, I was inspired to draw this abomination/masterpiece.
