Ofc she’s very affectionate in doing so and it’s pretty much set in stone that they’re her most favored concubine.

Eiichi

When he realizes that you heard him, Eiichi feels a spike of panic. Is he going to get in trouble for that? But then, you’re scooping him up in your arms and all fear is replaced with delighted embarrassment that has his heart pounding and his cheeks burning. This kind of position isn’t becoming in the slightest, but it’s still nice. Eiichi takes pride in being paraded around as your clear favorite. He’s flustered, but still reminding himself that this is proof that he’s special and wanted and always yours. 

Kira

For him to complain is rare. That doubting mutter is something that you’d almost never hear from him, and Kira is guilty for even voicing it. However, as soon as he’s in your arms, that guilt is replaced with utter shock. He’s never been held like that before, and he can’t decide whether he should be flattered or embarrassed to be seen. Of course, the proof that he’s special to you soon wins out, and Kira quickly accepts his new position. He’s fine with being shown off so long as it means that he’s wanted by you. 

Nagi

He tends to be whiny anyway, so scooping him up in your arms is a gesture that quickly shuts him up. Any complaints are immediately switched out for pure happiness and relief that he’s being held. The fact that you’re willing to show him off to everyone is very comforting for Nagi. It makes him feel like he really does mean something to you... and it’s also a great way of rubbing it into everyone else that he’s your favorite. He just cuddles into your arms and enjoys being shown off to everyone with a smile. 

Eiji

Being overheard has Eiji blushing already. He feels guilty that you caught him worrying and complaining... but then, he’s in your arms and turning red for an entirely different reason. He’s shy enough that being paraded around is incredibly embarrassing, but just the same, it’s a relief to know that he’s special enough to earn this treatment. Eiji tries his best to relax and cooperate, even though he’s tempted to just hide his face and let himself enjoy being held by you despite the public nature of the scene. 

Van

He’s kind of embarrassed that you heard him whining like that, not to mention a little worried that it’s going to get him in trouble. However, as soon as you pick him up, Van’s spirits lift instantly. He’s grinning like crazy and squirming in your hold, absolutely delighted to be shown off to everyone else as your special favorite. He has no shame when it comes to the position or being scene; instead, all he can think about is how happy he is that he’s wanted. It’s a good thing that everyone else gets to see that. 

Yamato

Being caught complaining is bad enough, but being picked up has Yamato letting out a pathetic squawking noise. He’s big enough that no one’s ever tried to hold him like that, and yes, it’s beyond embarrassing. Being carried around and shown off to everyone like that is even worse, and all Yamato can do is cling to you with a red face and try not to look anyone in the eye. He’s kind of dying inside, but also shamefully happy that he’s your favorite— and that everyone around him is being reminded of that fact. 

Shion

You overhearing his nervous comment has Shion apologizing and on the verge of panic. Being picked up doesn’t exactly help matters. Shion is painfully embarrassed to be shown off to everyone as you’re doing... but at the same time, he’s happy. No one’s ever treated him with so much open favor before. The attention makes him feel like he’s going to cry. He winds up hiding his face against your shoulder and hope that you don’t notice the little sniffles and how he’s shaking. He’s very, very overwhelmed.
