Going to the arcade tonight which I’m excited for but my hands are flaring up extremelyyyy bad today I have to bite my palm to make it hurt less

It’s weird to have like a solid year and a half without super bad dissociation (as far as i can tell?) and then have it come back in new and peculiar ways. I have so many random gaps in my memory lately and sometimes I’m wading through translucent slime in my daily activities where I can’t really grasp anything that’s happening. It’s a little scary… there’s no clear lines anymore I just think I’m always here and then i realize I wasn’t e_e
